"It's okay, but it's not the best."

What do you like best?

I like that it is laid out in a way where you can see everything, and you can also change it so that you can see things in a different way, depending on how your mind operates.

What do you dislike?

I do not like the way that it is originally set up (but you can make a few changes), and the overall design is just a bit clunky and hard to move around with.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I think that it could improve itself in terms of navigation and how people can use different pieces of information to connect the dots.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I utilize this software for online reporting and examining various pieces of data, as well as ascribing certain pieces of data to categories based on the information that is provided within the system.

"Dynamo Works the Best for Companies"

What do you like best?

Dynamo software can easily be customized and user friendly. I like the software because it is easy to navigate.

What do you dislike?

As at current status there is nothing to dislike. The software has been the best for me as a user in the company among all the CRMs.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is highly reliable. Everyone should give it a trial.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been in a position to create a dynamo tenant for the company which assist in keeping track of the business model.

"Dynamo "

What do you like best?

Over all the CRMs I have used I prefer Dynamo. The software is easy to use and easily customized and automatically syncs mostly with outlook.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike with Dynamo. It has remained to be the best software for our company.

Highly reliable in keeping track in the performance of the business.

"Software of the Future"

What do you like best?

Once the language of the program is learned, the software allows for an easy way to design/layout/ and fix any architectural plans.

What do you dislike?

The language of the software can be a bit hard to familiarize with. Users of this software need to have already been exposed to the language prior to its use or else can be difficult to use.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Including it with Revit to make my design process much quicker and easier to change in the long run. It helps with designs that have a lot of repetition in it.

"Dynamo Review"

What do you like best?

Easy to navigate & input; tracks contacts, syncs automatically with Outlook and can log systematically.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike - syncs easily to outlook etc. Easy to use across the firm and enables continuity with clients / contacts by allowing employees to access aggregated info on contact history.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Amount of detail needed from software; works for our relatively small firm but may need an easier software for larger firm with more employees

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping track of contacts & last discussions / check-ins, etc.

"Not for Family Office"

What do you like best?

There is a lot of functionality and probably good for many people.

What do you dislike?

Not fitting for a family office environment as there are limitations and different structures

Not the best for family office
