The platform’s ability to streamline our communication is one of its biggest strengths. We can easily send out personalised emails to clients, ensuring each message is tailored and relevant, which enhances engagement.
The client tracking functionality is also highly valuable — we can log meeting notes in detail, keep records well organised, and store important client information in one central place. This ensures continuity and consistency across our team, especially when managing long-term client relationships.
