What do you like best about Dynamo Software?

We use Dynamo for two functions- Document retention/organization and Investment accounting. The document retention/organization is easy to use and very effective to find and pull documents down. The entire team- CIO, Investment team and Operations all use Dynamo on a daily basis. The Investment Accounting function has enhanced the operations productivity and allowed us to get more information in a timely fashion. I should also give a call out to our Customer support representative Sean and Marc. What do you dislike about Dynamo Software?

What do you like best about Dynamo Software?

DDA document loading and data scraping has been one of the biggest value adds to our organization. It has created numerous efficiencies for our team and allowed us to focus on more value-add functions at work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamo Software?

I think one of our biggest pain points has been the questionnaire function. It has changed platforms a few times over the last few years and isn't super user friendly, requiring us to lean heavily on our client success team to get our surveys out. While we appreciate all the support from client service and the support team, we do like to try and be self sufficient where we can! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
