You can't even sign up using your work email? Seriously? This is one of the most frustrating things they could have done. You are only supposed to sign up using Google or Microsoft Auth, and even then, you have to go through the process twice just to get listed on the platform. I have used dozens of email enrichment tools and so far I haven't found any single one of them to be this much useless.

As for free credits? Well what a beautiful way to waste someone's time. The platform is anything but user-friendly. You have to split your files into tiny batches of 50 or 25 just to get them to process, and then you have to piece them back together. To make matters worse, the files are in xlsx format instead of csv, and the formatting is terrible.

I honestly can't decide what's worse: the product itself or their customer support. When my sign-up failed, I went straight to the chatbot, only to find out that it does not work. Instead, you have to submit an email query, and then just wait. I've been waiting 24 hours and still haven't received any response about the sign-up error I encountered.

If you look at the features, there's really only one to mention, and even that doesn't deliver any quality. At this point, I don't know if I'll be using it at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using DropContact, I think, since its creation, regularly. I like the fact that they provide a lot of information about the leads we're looking for, and information that can't be found elsewhere for France, such as Industry Sector / Siren Number / Siret Number / Headquarters. For all customers, it's perfect for me to have the first name updated (I can send cold emails properly) and also the LinkedIn updated (and not the sales navigator like with other solutions). Its really easy to use once you have paid the monthly subscription, I have only ever used the file upload feature and this rarely exceeds the estimated time suggested it will take to produce the results. If I have the same contact in another file that I recently uploaded, it wont recognise duplicate data records and I end up using more credits. Upon upload, I get an estimated outcome with some tips but the content (YouTube, Forum, URL) is lacking from the user experience to really optimise the outcome (as per their recommendations).
