Working with the Leads and Inbox is not user friendly and there are a lot of extra steps required to work with the Lead list and inbox. The processes for working with the data have not been well designed and are in need of significant improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it allows you to set up multiple campaigns that are constantly working to increase my LinkedIn network. The campaigns allow you to tailor the messaging depending on the target audience. Their billing partner - Fastspring is horrible. Payments don't go through and your account becomes deactivated.

Service quality via chat has deteriorated because of a bunch of AI features that they've introduced. You wait for hours to get your payment queries answered.

The automation and makes follow up very simple. I like that all the conversations saves, so you can pick up where you left off at. Dripify has one of the smoother onboarding experiences I’ve had. It’s super easy to set up a LinkedIn outreach campaign, and the interface is clean and beginner-friendly. Started hitting limits with segmentation and reporting as my campaigns got more complex. Some features are locked behind higher tiers, and pricing wasn’t super clear.
