The best thing about it is that it runs in the cloud. It imitates also real user behavior and essentially you don't need to keep your laptop open. Moving from trial to "starter" means you are only allowed to have one campaign. Not one active campaign- one campaign total. You need to DELETE campaigns 2 and onwards (you don't get to pick which ones). 2. When you delete a campaign you lose the leads and the history. 3. You can't export campaign data- that not an available function in the "starter" plan ($59/m). 4. Support isn't always available- I had to wait 24h once. 5. No refunds for any reason. LinkedIn outbound automation without risking the account and without needing to have the laptop open and connected. It doesn't work if you're using LI recruiter to add lists. Will give constant errors, even when you're signed out. Then, even when you add contacts, they mysteriously vanish. They only send messages for the first 7 days and then pause your delivery, so campaigns stop running. Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the experience. The pricing at $59pm is on the higher end ..... Their billing partner - Fastspring is horrible. Payments don't go through and your account becomes deactivated. Promising an A/B testing featrue, that does not exist, and then argue with me in support, that the feature does exist, because I can do it myself! That is literally like saying "This open source tool has A/B testing feature, how you activate it? write it yourself" This was their answer: "Furthermore, please allow me to explain that by the A/B testing feature, we explicitly admit that it is possible to create more than one campaign and hence to perform the A/B test." "To perform the A/B test, please split your audience into two parts and add them to two separate campaigns, which can vary in the message text or the sequence itself. After some time you'll be able to see which campaign performs better and if needed, transfer leads from the underperforming one to the better one." Rediculous! You essentially can't send InMails, you're capped to the near 0 amount basic LinkedIn lets you send monthly, again because they don't sync up with Sales Navigator. Their feedback "community" is essentially non-existant and feels like an excuse for their customer service to ignore you and say to post your feedback there. You cannot add steps to a sequence once its finalized and you cannot duplicate/recreate a sequence. This is so absolutely insane I'm going to repeat it. You cannot add steps to a sequence once its finalized and you cannot duplicate/recreate a sequence. That means if you spend 20+ minutes crafting a great sequence that checks all your boxes and you finalize it but then realize you wanted to add another step - you have to create an entirely new sequence. On that note, if you want to duplicate the one you just made to just add the last step or do A/B testing with another one thats very similar, you can't use the one you created as a template. You have to start over from scratch. Such an easy simple fix that they refuse to do and keep telling me to post it to their non-existant "community". There are a lot of little annoyances that aren't worth mentioning, its those two MAJOR things that again are very easy to fix that make it unusable. I will not be renewing my subscription. TL/DR; I went with them since they were the cheap option but its not worth it, once my subscription is up I'm switching to one of their competitors. May be 2x the price but no Sales Navigator connection and lack of simple features makes them unusable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. To clarify, Dripify does integrate with Sales Navigator seamlessly. However, the issue that you have faced lies specifically with the technical aspect of sending InMails and different types of them since only one type is currently supported by Dripify. This is an area we're actively looking into, and we hope to improve this functionality in the future. Regarding our feedback community, we indeed have it through our embedded feature - Frill (dripify dot frill dot co), where we collect, organize, and communicate through customer feedback. I could send 75 invites per day, plus 75 invites by email, plus 25 InMails plus 75 to 100 direct messages. Daily. Now, according to customer support, LinkedIn changes. I can only send 27 invites per day. the invites per email are now included in that 27 (down from 150). I can't send any InMails as of Dec 15th. and I can send my level one's about 100 messages per day. All in all, nothing much more than a standard sales navigator account. I've reached out to the head of customer service, "Peter", no response. I've asked CS reps to forward my comments to managment, no response, I added a note on the website, no response.
