To clarify, Dripify does integrate with Sales Navigator seamlessly. However, the issue that you have faced lies specifically with the technical aspect of sending InMails and different types of them since only one type is currently supported by Dripify. This is an area we're actively looking into, and we hope to improve this functionality in the future.
Regarding our feedback community, we indeed have it through our embedded feature - Frill (dripify dot frill dot co), where we collect, organize, and communicate through customer feedback. We apologize if it has not been as responsive or helpful as you expected. Improving our customer support and community engagement is one of the top priority for us, and we will work on making it more effective and helpful for our users.
The limitations you've mentioned about adding steps to a sequence and the inability to duplicate or recreate sequences can indeed be frustrating. While it may seem like a simple fix, it’s more complex from a technical standpoint of our team. However, our developing team is continuously seeking ways to address this issue and make these improvements in the near future.
As for duplicating the sequence and saving it as a template, we are glad to let you know that this feature is in fact available to use and we will be happy to share more details on that with you.
