Easy Multi-Profile Campaign Management with Strong Reporting
Running multiple profiles and multiple campaigns is easy. I like the functionality when it comes to this since sometimes it can get hectic. The reporting is good as well on the campaigns side.

Starter Plan Limits + Forced Campaign Deletions + No Exports Make It Hard to Use
The best thing about it is that it runs in the cloud.
It imitates also real user behavior and essentially you don't need to keep your laptop open.
There are some premade workflow templates you can choose from and edit.
