**What do you like best about Digsite?**

I love how easy it is to set up a qualitative research study in the Digsite platform.  I also appreciate the  SmartReport tool that make it so easy to create a report of findings, complete with the participant quotes I have selected to show.

**What do you dislike about Digsite?**

Nothing!  They are consistently incorporating upgrades to enhance features and make it even better.

**Recommendations to others considering Digsite:**

Be sure to incorporate a range of types of questions to engage participants, including the Whiteboard tool and Fill-in-the-blank questions.  

**What problems is Digsite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me support clients when they have a need for qualitative insights but don't have a lot of time/money to travel around the country for focus groups or spend weeks recruiting.
