**What do you like best about DialLink?**

Their business phone system is very user friendly, easy to setup and covers all needs of our business. Their AI voice agents really save our business a lot of time, both for customer support and pre-sales. We uploaded many of our internal documents to their knowledge base and the AI agents immediately started using them to give answers beyond the knowledge general AI typically has.

**What do you dislike about DialLink?**

Unfortunately they do not support the VoIP desk p	hones from Ubiquiti yet. We had to use Yealink instead.

**What problems is DialLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a high number of calls, but are a relatively small team, so the AI agents help us in managing the customer service more efficiently. We also have the issue that before DialLink we had very little transparency into what employees are answering their phone and DialLink solved that with their call timeline feature.

**What do you like best about DialLink?**

They have develop a reliable communications  cloud base software  that is very user friendly and with lot of enhance features that were missing from my LEC carrier .
Customer support its a chat away their  respond time is fast .
So I am very pleased to have switch to DialLink and highly recommend it

**What do you dislike about DialLink?**

So far I am satisfied with them I think will have a long and prosperous business relationship.

**What problems is DialLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dial link made easy for my communications requirements and the features available are the one that you see in Enterprice call centers 
so I use quite often the recording feature contacts AI agents this is a new feature where you manage to automatically answer calls and take care of routine tasks .

**What do you like best about DialLink?**

The AI voice agents really manage to handle most of our recurring inbound calls and are doing a great job in answering calls, taking messages, and putting down notes. I would suggest to take a little time to research how to define the agents to fine-tune them. The default configuration is working fine, but you can make them more personable this way and adding multiple knowledge bases really helped us automate more of our use cases. Our support staff use fairly sophisticated call routing setups via call queues with automatic callbacks when requested.

Our setup was not too complicated, and the default worked out of the box. However, I would suggest to spend some time fine-tuning it; it is really worth it. We deployed a total of 100+ Windows and Mac desktop clients, as well as the iOS and Android mobile apps without expericeing any issues. Furthermore, we recently started to add desk phones from Poly.

The few interactions we have with their technical support were straightforward and efficient.

**What do you dislike about DialLink?**

We are still waiting for support of WhatsApp Business messaging as an alternative to text messaging.

**What problems is DialLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DialLink enables us to have one phone system for multiples locations, spanning several continents and is offering advanced features at a very competitive price point. Ease of setup and use was important for us and the fact that we didn't require any professional services for deployment. We initially didn't plan on rolling out AI voice agents and were pleasantly surprised by the level of sophistication we managed to achieve after a very short time fine tuning the product with our proprietary data.

Immediate use of a phone number with the ability to choose a number when setting up the paid account.

**What do you dislike about DialLink?**

I have not found any downside yet to using the product.
