I like that I can receive my money instantly and that I have different methods to withdraw or transfer it. Deel IT is very easy and intuitive to use, and I would also say it is minimalist. Receiving money through Deel IT is really easy, and converting USD to my local currency is easy to understand and comfortable. I like being able to get my payment a little earlier in the month if an emergency comes up. I also enjoy the coupons and benefits with other brands, like Arc, which have been helpful to me. I like that Deel IT makes it easy to withdraw money and allows me to receive payments directly into my savings account. I had trouble with Deel IT’s tax requirements for Colombia. It asked me for proof of taxes paid before I had been paid, even though as a freelancer I pay taxes the following month based on what I received. The suggested handwritten note and changes to my contract took time, and we ended up using another solution. Some processes also took a while; fixing a typo in an address took about a month. What I like best about Deel IT is how it centralizes device management, provisioning, and employee onboarding in a single platform. Managing laptops and other IT assets across distributed teams is straightforward, and the integration with HR workflows helps make onboarding and offboarding more efficient. I find Deel IT really easy to handle and easy to learn. It’s easy to add my account to receive payments from around the world, if possible. I was a little scared to use my Bre-B ID, but the process took about two minutes, and I received my whole payment within a minute. Other applications I’ve used can take one or two days.
