I like Xflow for its pricing transparency and quick forex refresh rate. I appreciate the ability to hold dollars and convert them when the rate is suitable. The quick turnaround and limit order facility are useful, and I find the invoicing feature to be very good. The initial setup was very easy, and the customer support is good. I think they can add a couple of features to the app. They can allow converting one currency to another, for instance, if I could convert my dollars to British pounds, that would be great. I will deduct 1.5 marks for missing out on the cross-currency swap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I genuinely appreciate the smooth operations we can carry out through Xflow. The ease of transactions is one of the best things that Xflow is doing right now, as we don't have to take many follow-ups about each transaction. The team is very coordinated; whenever we have any doubts, they are always there to help, which makes the customer experience very smooth and great. Xflow makes converting currencies very easy, it's just one click away, reducing the need for minimal bank coordination, which is usually very time-consuming. I find Xflow amazing because it helps me save a lot of charges. The service charges are very minimal compared to the bank. The bank charges approximately 1 or 2 rupees, but Xflow charges just 0.2 pesa, which allows us to save a lot of money. The initial setup was also super easy. I like Xflow for facilitating payments within our agency, especially since a major chunk of our clientele is global. It has been really beneficial for us. I think it's surely fast and there's no hassle, as it cuts off middlemen and huge charges. I think their live, real-time tracker for currency fluctuations of different countries is pretty cool, and no other payment company offers that. I think there's nothing as such. But I can tell that no feature is underdeveloped. It is done with absolute thought. I love it! I think the only thing that Xflow would improve probably is to get people to make, like, a demo video to use the product.
