"Databook Makes Complex Multi-Source Data Simple and Intuitive"
What do you like best about Databook?

I love the fact that Databook makes it super simple to pull complex data from multiple sources and make it available in a simple, intuitive platform.

If an account is not available, you can always place a request and the info will be searched for.

In a world where facts are abundant, information is scarse and trusted sources become key. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

Specially in Latin America, where some companies are not publicly traded and information is scarse, getting additional info can sometimes be challenging. Yet, they will always respond and try and help!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solving My Biggest SDR Challenge: Knowing Where to Focus Outreach"
What do you like best about Databook?

What I like best about Databook is how seamlessly it brings teams together around shared insights. It makes it easy to align on strategy, uncover opportunities, and work collaboratively toward the same goals. I really appreciate how intuitive it is and how it helps everyone stay informed and connected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

I don’t have any major dislikes when it comes to Databook, but there are a few aspects where the experience could be improved. Occasionally, some insights take a bit longer to load than I’d like, and having more options to customize dashboards would make it easier for teams to adapt the platform to their specific workflows. However, I see these as areas for enhancement rather than significant issues, since the core value that Databook delivers remains exceptionally strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Databook Makes Data Easy: Clear Charts, Smooth Integrations, Fast Sharing"
What do you like best about Databook?

I really like data book because it’s easy to use and helps me understand data quickly with clear charts and reports. It also connects well with other tools, making data management much easier for our team. It's a great tool for anyone who needs to analyze and share data efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

While data book is a great tool, one thing I dislike is that it can sometimes be slow when handling very large data sets. Additionally, some of the advanced features can be a bit tricky to use without proper training. It would be helpful to have more tutorials or guides for beginner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Research with Effective AI Insights"
What do you like best about Databook?

I love that Databook helps me understand my prospects' world by providing insights into company initiatives, recent news, and pain points. It's a strong tool that makes research more effective and faster than using my own methods or other generic AI tools. I appreciate how it helps me stand out above the crowd, making my messaging less noisome to prospects. I like the AI's accuracy in pinpointing pain points in organizations, which saves me a lot of time by eliminating the need for numerous prompts and providing insights right from the start. The initial setup of Databook for my team was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

A minor improvement is human like language when creating outreach messaging, not the same phrasing and wording that is commonly used amongst AI chatbots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Research and Data Preparation"
What do you like best about Databook?

I like that Databook does all the legwork for me without having to click through multiple links, consolidating information quickly and creating a high-level doc briefing from scratch. The overall experience is just a few clicks away and has prebuilt assets right out of the box. The user interface is quite immediate, and I like the nice wrapper that Databook provides with prebuilt prompts. The deck creation is a value add, allowing me to copy and paste a few slides into the actual deck. I find the initial setup of Databook to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

I feel we need to find a way to securely have Databook understand even internal organizational information, previous meetings, integration with CRM, or previous contacts that I might have already had. This would guide the prompting before creating actual decks and materials, ensuring Databook considers both publicly and privately available information securely to generate a laser-targeted focus deck for my customers. "Streamlines Corporate Research Efficiently"
What do you like best about Databook?

I like how Databook is able to really make me much more efficient, saving me tens of hours, if not over a hundred hours, over the course of a year. It helps me get to the biggest priorities and value drivers for customers and the use case-specific value points of view on customers. I also appreciate the tools around the value coach tool and those that help me surface what executives are saying in terms of their priorities and recent conversations with press and Wall Street. Databook is really a great one-stop shop for all sorts of different corporate information. The setup was very straightforward and simple, and the Databook team was great to work with, taking in a lot of our feedback to create a tool that worked for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

I think everything can naturally be improved upon by making sure it constantly surfaces the right insights as fast as possible. Enhancing contact knowledge concerning searching with some of the AI lenses would be good. There's a need for general fine-tuning around those different products. "Effortless Setup and Personalized Insights with Databook"
What do you like best about Databook?

I love the simplified, user interface of Databook. It's GPT-like where I can just ask a question or give an order to the system, and it generates what needs to be done. It feels like having a personal assistant for getting information about my customers, which is what I like the most. Additionally, the initial setup was great. With a corporate account, I just had to type in my email, and there was literally no setup needed, making it seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

The account planning section where I can generate slides is too complex. It should be simplified because it's not usable at this time. Also, Databook lacks the integration of personalized information, like what LinkedIn provides through their posts, capturing emotions of the personalized people. "Saves Time and Boosts Prospecting Efficiency"
What do you like best about Databook?

I use Databook for doing research within my accounts, and it saves a lot of time by eliminating the need to individually research each account's business details like their revenue, HQ, and the mainframe or cloud they use. I like the most the level of detail in the responses, which help me identify who to reach out to at a company for specific products and provide explanations. The prospecting coach is another feature I enjoy, as it helps save time by identifying who to contact and provides a solid list and assistance in crafting messages. The initial setup was super easy, I just had to sign in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

Sometimes the messaging is a little too robotic. You sometimes want it to be more human when reaching out to prospects for the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consolidated Intelligence, Effective Alerts, Minor Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Databook?

I really like that Databook offers comprehensive intelligence all in one place, saving me time by consolidating everything I need into a single platform. I don't have to juggle multiple tabs and sources as everything, like financials, news, org charts, and strategic priorities, is accessible in one view. The proactive alerts are also great because they're smart and actually matter, surfacing relevant updates without overwhelming me with noise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

When I first started using Databook, there was a bit of a learning curve to understand all the features and how to navigate the platform efficiently. Also, while the platform provides excellent standard views, I'd love more flexibility to customize dashboards and reports to match my specific workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Data Research with Databook"
What do you like best about Databook?

I find Databook easy to use and informative. I like how it highlights key executives and helps me understand what they're most interested in, which is useful when formulating emails. It quickly sifts through large amounts of data to find relevant information, especially in data analytics and AI. I appreciate its intuitive user interface, which made the initial setup very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

I really don't have anything that should be improved. I'm pretty positive about it. I mean, one thing that could be interesting is if they combine with some service like Sumble, where they have all the org and they pretty much pull all that from LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
