**What do you like best about Databook?**

Fantastic resource for public companies to gain insight into how you can best sell into the organization and what is most important.  It is awesome to have all  of the relevant details and information in one place.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

Databook is great for public companies, but as you might expect, it is harder to find value for private companies where really good public benchmarks arent available.  I also wish you could click through to a specific "key development" event from the Databook console.  You have to go find the specific page yourself as opposed to having it clickable.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You are able to better understand your customer from a holistic perspective and have the best information available in one place for you to better approach your customers or prospects with the most applicable information in mind.

Limited information about some accounts; Would be interesting to see which team in the organization is responsible for what type of initiative/use case; 
also have a view of the recent R&D efforts/investments that the company is doing; another feature that could be interesting is to add the most followed influencers in that company on Twitter and Linkedin.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves time by providing an executive summary of the account, mission and key priorities for that account. 
I frequently check what use cases are recommended for that account to see if we already working with some team on the similar initiative;

**What do you like best about Databook?**

The daily emails are the most helpful, because I'm always checking email as a seller and the information literally finds me.  I appreciate the heads up that an important event is happening with my customer accounts so then I can dig in to understand more about it and see if it will help me progress my customer relationships in any way.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

I wish that Databook would link out directly to links that share more information about the event we're being notified about.  IE: Customer has released Q3 earnings - if I could click in and get sent right to the article with more information on this it would be excellent.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the gap in knowledge for my customer accounts.  It's enabling a proactive approach to understanding exactly what's going on in my most important accounts.

My favorite features of Databook are the insights it provides around buyer personas, and use cases. You can even get an Executive POV emailed to you within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

I wish there were more companies in the database, but I do like that you can request a company to be researched/added if they do not exist yet. Response times for this could be quicker though.

The problem that databook solves for me is that it consolidates a ton of information in one place, lowering the amount of time I spend researching each account.

Databook allows me to have customized assets generated on my behalf that saves time and allows me to focus on the revenue-generating activities instead of content creation. on top of valuable insights and window into my customer.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

Honestly not much here at all. I just wish I had Databook 10 years ago when I started in sales. I would have saved a lot of time on researching and spent more time selling.

I work with a lot of dark accounts that have had little to no engagement from a strategic level that I need to establish relationships with. Databook allows me a guidepost of understanding my customer's priorities and helps establish an account plan.

I love Databook, because of the easy access to financial data. Then the connection of my team's use cases to the financial drivers has saved me at least 30 hrs per month. Thank you, DB!

It takes some time to learn DB. I'd like to see more Master Classes on the platform especially as the use of AI rolls out.

Wish there was more information on private companies available. Especially for those that do have some public facing financials and strategy documentation.

Databook provides deep insight into most public companys, and consolidates the information I would normally spend hours digging through 10k and annual reports for into easy to access insights. I especially appreciate the ready made slide decks you can download that help to position a point of view on each customer, as well as that customers likely intent and areas of opportunites when it comes to the solutions I offer.

Naturally, the deepest insights are from public companies. Private companies can be added, but the data is essentially extrapolated from peer companies who are public.

Significant time savings during annual account planning and regular account research.

For some markets Databook can't have all the information needed to create insights, but they can try to deliver a good context of the information to create a highlevel image of financial health of customer.

Being able to deep dive with insights and drill into financials, see competitors and formulate an up to date account plan fast. Great that it is integrated into Dynamics CRM and integrated customer product/ sales revenue.

Missing some key feild on financials sometimes.The UI is a bit clunky, but it might be more to do with the integration into CRM. Would be good if it had key buyers as well

I am often unsure re the credibility if the information provided by Databook e.g. it often makes mistakes when comparing/ benchmarking against one company in a "similiar industry". Databook struggles with Privately-held comapnies and frustratingly places often incorrect infromaiton in the fields provided

Research into client - "macro data" that otherwise is cumborsome to attain and requires lengthy search process

The presentation of top-level strategic drivers, C-Suite executives, business drivers, context within which the company operates and how they stack up competitively in the industry.

I wish they had better organization charts to understand where specific people (below the C-Suite) fit within the organization. This would provide the context of where VPs and Directors fit within the organization to better understand the customer's internal dynamics.

Databook provides insights into priorities of customers. Also how customers compare to competitors strengths and weakness. This provides an opportunity to help a customer with solutions to modernize and excel of other competitors.

There can be a lack of information regarding private companies. You'll have to do more research in available competitors or similar companies to gain insights into private companies.

The integration to MSX is not yet fully aligned to the way we work on MSX. A more intuitive flow of data from databook to MSX would be helpful.

Databook Exec POV's are my lifeblood to getting to know my accounts. Especially at an org which changes often, it's imperative for me to get up to speed much more quickly than I would have done on my own. The POVs are elaborate and highly relevant to my conversations with potential buyers.

It provides with the delivery-ready economic and perforence insights on a company. If you are an account executive/manager, and are doing a research on your customer, this tool is a must have to speed up your understanding of your customer's business drivers and strategic priorities.

Databook needs some key improvments to make its data more trustworthy: stakeholders' information is only about 40% correct as algorythm picks up persons no longer associated with a company; also a huge miss - privately held companies are covered based on the data in their industry/competitors, but if those are not mapped out accurately, the data is useless as it is irrelevant.

Customer business research - helps to identify customer's key priorities, challenges, etc.

The keywords pulled from company publications aren't always relevant to what I'm looking for - but there is still a lot of good info on competitors and the industry as a whole!

Finding most up-to-date company publications and having to search through them for relevant info. Databook does that for you! It's also great to get daily/weekly updates on your accounts and what's happening in the industry.
