## Databook Reviews
 ### 1. Databook Makes Complex Multi-Source Data Simple and Intuitive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guillermo F. | Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I love the fact that Databook makes it super simple to pull complex data from multiple sources and make it available in a simple, intuitive platform.
If an account is not available, you can always place a request and the info will be searched for.
In a world where facts are abundant, information is scarse and trusted sources become key.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

Specially in Latin America, where some companies are not publicly traded and information is scarse, getting additional info can sometimes be challenging. Yet, they will always respond and try and help!!

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Databook to access comprehensive financial reports and points of view, connected with our own capabilities in terms of product. They help simplify the process of matching customer needs to product capabilities

 ### 2. Solving My Biggest SDR Challenge: Knowing Where to Focus Outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** anil g. | SDR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Databook?**

What I like best about Databook is how seamlessly it brings teams together around shared insights. It makes it easy to align on strategy, uncover opportunities, and work collaboratively toward the same goals. I really appreciate how intuitive it is and how it helps everyone stay informed and connected

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

I don’t have any major dislikes when it comes to Databook, but there are a few aspects where the experience could be improved. Occasionally, some insights take a bit longer to load than I’d like, and having more options to customize dashboards would make it easier for teams to adapt the platform to their specific workflows. However, I see these as areas for enhancement rather than significant issues, since the core value that Databook delivers remains exceptionally strong.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databook addresses the challenge of figuring out where to direct my outreach efforts. As an SDR, I now have clear insight into a prospect’s strategic priorities, financial challenges, and main initiatives. Rather than relying on guesswork, I’m able to personalize my outreach using insights that truly resonate. This not only saves me time but also makes my messages more relevant and helps me secure higher-quality meetings. Additionally, having everyone on the team access the same information streamlines collaboration with AEs, making our teamwork much more effective.

 ### 3. Databook Makes Data Easy: Clear Charts, Smooth Integrations, Fast Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adeel G. | Data Center Engineer Electrical, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I really like data book because it’s easy to use and helps me understand data quickly with clear charts and reports. It also connects well with other tools, making data management much easier for our team. It's a great tool for anyone who needs to analyze and share data efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

While data book is a great tool, one thing I dislike is that it can sometimes be slow when handling very large data sets. Additionally, some of the advanced features can be a bit tricky to use without proper training. It would be helpful to have more tutorials or guides for beginner

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data book solves the problem of scattered and hard-to-find customer information. Before, we had to search in many different systems to understand a customer’s business and priorities.
Now, Data book gives all important information in one place.
This benefits me because it saves time, helps me prepare better for meetings, and makes my discussions with customers more focused and confident

 ### 4. Streamlined Research with Effective AI Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph B. | Associate Business Development Representative EMEA & APAC

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I love that Databook helps me understand my prospects' world by providing insights into company initiatives, recent news, and pain points. It's a strong tool that makes research more effective and faster than using my own methods or other generic AI tools. I appreciate how it helps me stand out above the crowd, making my messaging less noisome to prospects. I like the AI's accuracy in pinpointing pain points in organizations, which saves me a lot of time by eliminating the need for numerous prompts and providing insights right from the start. The initial setup of Databook for my team was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

A minor improvement is human like language when creating outreach messaging, not the same phrasing and wording that is commonly used amongst AI chatbots.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Databook to understand my prospects better. It makes my research effective, pinpoints company pain points, saves time, and helps my messaging stand out.

 ### 5. Streamlines Research and Data Preparation

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I like that Databook does all the legwork for me without having to click through multiple links, consolidating information quickly and creating a high-level doc briefing from scratch. The overall experience is just a few clicks away and has prebuilt assets right out of the box. The user interface is quite immediate, and I like the nice wrapper that Databook provides with prebuilt prompts. The deck creation is a value add, allowing me to copy and paste a few slides into the actual deck. I find the initial setup of Databook to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

I feel we need to find a way to securely have Databook understand even internal organizational information, previous meetings, integration with CRM, or previous contacts that I might have already had. This would guide the prompting before creating actual decks and materials, ensuring Databook considers both publicly and privately available information securely to generate a laser-targeted focus deck for my customers.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databook quickly consolidates essential organizational information, saving me from clicking through multiple links. It provides prebuilt prompts and aids in deck creation, allowing me to integrate slides easily for workshops.

 ### 6. Streamlines Corporate Research Efficiently

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I like how Databook is able to really make me much more efficient, saving me tens of hours, if not over a hundred hours, over the course of a year. It helps me get to the biggest priorities and value drivers for customers and the use case-specific value points of view on customers. I also appreciate the tools around the value coach tool and those that help me surface what executives are saying in terms of their priorities and recent conversations with press and Wall Street. Databook is really a great one-stop shop for all sorts of different corporate information. The setup was very straightforward and simple, and the Databook team was great to work with, taking in a lot of our feedback to create a tool that worked for us.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

I think everything can naturally be improved upon by making sure it constantly surfaces the right insights as fast as possible. Enhancing contact knowledge concerning searching with some of the AI lenses would be good. There's a need for general fine-tuning around those different products.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databook saves me a lot of time on customer research, making me more efficient by surfacing corporate priorities and value drivers. It's a one-stop shop for corporate information, helping me understand executive priorities and adding value based on use case-specific insights.

 ### 7. Effortless Setup and Personalized Insights with Databook

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I love the simplified, user interface of Databook. It's GPT-like where I can just ask a question or give an order to the system, and it generates what needs to be done. It feels like having a personal assistant for getting information about my customers, which is what I like the most. Additionally, the initial setup was great. With a corporate account, I just had to type in my email, and there was literally no setup needed, making it seamless.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

The account planning section where I can generate slides is too complex. It should be simplified because it's not usable at this time. Also, Databook lacks the integration of personalized information, like what LinkedIn provides through their posts, capturing emotions of the personalized people.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Databook mainly to gather information about my customers and market data, which solves the issue of fragmented data from different sources. It offers flexibility and acts like a personal assistant by generating prompts for executives.

 ### 8. Saves Time and Boosts Prospecting Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew W. | Associate Business Development Representative

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I use Databook for doing research within my accounts, and it saves a lot of time by eliminating the need to individually research each account's business details like their revenue, HQ, and the mainframe or cloud they use. I like the most the level of detail in the responses, which help me identify who to reach out to at a company for specific products and provide explanations. The prospecting coach is another feature I enjoy, as it helps save time by identifying who to contact and provides a solid list and assistance in crafting messages. The initial setup was super easy, I just had to sign in.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

Sometimes the messaging is a little too robotic. You sometimes want it to be more human when reaching out to prospects for the first time.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Databook to research my accounts efficiently, saving time and providing detailed information on cloud usage and financials. The prospecting coach offers tailored lists and helps craft messages, enhancing my outreach.

 ### 9. Consolidated Intelligence, Effective Alerts, Minor Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriela P.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I really like that Databook offers comprehensive intelligence all in one place, saving me time by consolidating everything I need into a single platform. I don't have to juggle multiple tabs and sources as everything, like financials, news, org charts, and strategic priorities, is accessible in one view. The proactive alerts are also great because they're smart and actually matter, surfacing relevant updates without overwhelming me with noise.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

When I first started using Databook, there was a bit of a learning curve to understand all the features and how to navigate the platform efficiently. Also, while the platform provides excellent standard views, I'd love more flexibility to customize dashboards and reports to match my specific workflow.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databook solves information overload and fragmentation by consolidating customer intelligence. It keeps me current with proactive alerts and saves time by providing comprehensive intelligence in one place. It shifts our approach from reactive to proactive management, enriching account records and preparation.

**Reviewed by:** Rob B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I find Databook easy to use and informative. I like how it highlights key executives and helps me understand what they're most interested in, which is useful when formulating emails. It quickly sifts through large amounts of data to find relevant information, especially in data analytics and AI. I appreciate its intuitive user interface, which made the initial setup very easy.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

I really don't have anything that should be improved. I'm pretty positive about it. I mean, one thing that could be interesting is if they combine with some service like Sumble, where they have all the org and they pretty much pull all that from LinkedIn.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Databook to research organizations and identify their key interests. It sifts through large data sets to quickly find relevant information, especially for data analytics. It's easy to use, informative, and helps me formulate emails by highlighting key executives' interests.

 ### 11. Databook Delivers Deep, Well-Rounded Company Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

What I value most about Databook is the comprehensive data coverage it provides. The platform aggregates extensive information on companies from diverse, high-quality sources, enabling a complete and nuanced understanding of each business.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

I have no significant concerns about Databook. However, I consistently generate the same five reports for each company during my research. A batch export feature would streamline this workflow.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demonstrating clear business value makes selling easier. The challenge: compiling information from multiple sources is time-consuming and often produces inaccurate or irrelevant results. Databook solves this. It delivers consistent, accurate information in minutes, enabling me to position services effectively and identify the specific value we deliver to customers.

 ### 12. Essential Tool for SDRs to Research Top and specific Accounts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

I find the Databook AI platform incredibly useful as it provides relevant prompts, so there's no need to type much. The tool integrates well with Qlik, showcasing customer stories that are helpful during conversations. The setup experience is very smooth, taking less than a minute.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

I've noticed that even for some accounts that are Qlik customers, I'm unable to find information on Databook AI. Given it's integrated with Qlik I thought this could be a little better.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databook boosts my confidence in outbound prospecting by providing integrated information on top accounts. It simplifies my account strategy, offering insights into account personas and customer stories. With its prompts, I spend less time searching and more time engaging with relevant data.

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Databook?**

What I appreciate most about Databook is how it simplifies the process of researching accounts. It provides fast access to the most important information, such as company initiatives, executive priorities, and financial trends, all conveniently gathered in one place. **What do you dislike about Databook?**

Occasionally, it takes a few extra seconds to load when I switch between company profiles, and I’ve noticed that the data for smaller or private companies isn’t as comprehensive as it is for larger organizations. It would also be helpful if the integration with tools like Salesforce or SalesLoft were smoother, allowing me to pull insights directly into my workflow.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databook has made it much easier for me to connect company strategy with my sales outreach. Rather than spending hours researching what drives a business, I can quickly identify the initiatives and priorities that are most important to its leadership. **What do you like best about Databook?**

I love how Databook provides a super-efficient and in-depth overview of my customers' strategic priorities and needs in an ever-changing market. It allows me to map customer inputs to ensure accuracy, and I find it incredibly correct in its analysis. The easy setup process, comparable to using other intuitive tools like Copilot or ChatGPT, is a major advantage. I appreciate how effortless it is to create a deal book and probe customer-related queries right from the start. The integration of detailed, specific information is brilliant, focusing on deal-making proposals and delivering customer insights that require no adjustments, making them immediately useful. Databook excels in aligning my proposals and pitches to customer needs, offering valuable insights into customer priorities and strategic roadmaps, which enhances my efficiency. The tool is particularly time-effective, which is crucial in my line of work.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

{"I think Databook needs to iterate more. With the advancements in technologies like ChatGPT and Copilot, there's a possibility that they could catch up or even surpass Databook in terms of capabilities.","The decision to buy or recommend Databook again is dependent on the pricing structure. It seems that the pricing might not be as competitive or clear compared to alternatives like Copilot and ChatGPT."}

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Databook to gain an overview of customer priorities and needs, aligning my proposals effectively. It streamlines my process with timely insights, making it highly efficient.

**What do you like best about Databook?**

The quality and thoroughness of information is unbeatable. I feel like I can use this one AI source instead of having 2-3 tabs open to different tools and get the highest quality information.

The sources are at the end of the responses, I'd rather the sources be placed next to each response so it's easier to fact check if I need to.

A few times when I open a new conversation and ask for intel on a new customer account, it would for some reason reference an old customer account so it makes me question the legitimacy of the entire sequence.

Speed of research drawing from mulitple sources.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025
