I have to copy and past the output into Google Docs / Slides and reformat them.  It would be great if there was a pre-built template for POV decks using Salesforce branded slides.

It helps me a lot in the research Phase of Accounts, creating POV's, downloading Account Plans, which is extremely helpful at any stage of an Opportunity.

I dont see any downsides with Databook to be honest.

Quite comprehensive insights into the company's strategy, growth drivers and tech investments they are making. It also highlights use cases of interest that customer is focusing.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

Not much data exists in Databook around customer's existing investments in technology and the partner landscape.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addressing problems that Line of business cares about most at the customer. This works well as I am looking for how to position AWS partner solutions towards Line of business challenges that customers have in their mind to solve for.

The amount of data it pulls together for you when creating account plans, executive POV, etc is amazing. Also the time it saves when prepping for a call.  As well as the integration with solutions ...saves a ton of time

I'd like to see the option to download the info in word (not sure if that exists) vs just ppt

The best part of data book is how quickly I can understand an industry when researching a company. Having that information available on top of AI tools has made my life much easier to prepare account plans and strategies for the year.

With Databook you are getting business insights and financial numbers that help lead a conversation with a potential customer along with talk track suggestions that improve your chances for success.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

In the fine print it is stated "evaluating the content for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case, including by utilizing human review as appropriate."  If I have to verify each number posted then it defeats the purpose of using Databook.

Drastically reducing time spent looking up financial facts which allows me to concentrate more on strategy and less on the manual combing of the internet

Imagine needing to research a company financials, leadership mandates, ranking against competitors, what has hit the wires like an investor report, press release and then create an outbound campign with key value drivers and that process can take 5-10 hours.  Now think about clicking a hndful of buttons to generate that data on demand.  THAT is the power of Databook for an AE who needs more touches and less administrative overhead to prospect.

Candidly there is nothing I dislike as it has eliminated multiple tools I used to use.

Databook helped me craft perspectives that I wouldn't otherwise have considered and takes the heavy lifting out of searching for news about my customer. It is incredibly easy to use and check back in on day to day to see if any changes have happened with my customer.

There are some SMB companies that are not listed on Databook.  However when I submit a request for the companies to be added Databook jumps right on it.

That it consolidates all the public information about my clients and targets to one place with the GPT tool to help me search, sort, prep and learn more about them.  It has saved me prep time and given me better insights and points of view to share with my clients and targets.

Some of the insights can be  duplicative across accounts and a bit generic.  I wish there was more industry information available.

Better prep for internal sales meetings and external meetings with clients.  It has helped me stay current on what is happening at these companies and develop a point of view.  It's making me smarter about my clients and saving time.

Everything from key competitors, to what their tech stack looks, to an overview of their key financials is all in one place. It's was so simple to use and I often refer to it as I'm doing research with my customers.

From time to time the data can be spotty, but that's usually for smaller accounts.

Databook is an incredible resource for established companies. In the SMB and Mid-market results can very. That said, their team is very responsive and will work to add information for requested companies in a prompt manner.

Our team has been using this powerful customer insights tool, and the results have been phenomenal. The tool's intuitive interface and comprehensive data have empowered us to make well-informed decisions and tailor our approach to better serve our clients. I also appreciate all the support our team received from Databook. They are truly passionate about the user experience and the value the tool brings to our sales team.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

The only thing that I dislike is not having the same level of detailed information on private companies, government entities and local municipalities. This is completely understandable because of the limits on financial data for these types of companies. On the positive side though.... in most cases on the private accounts Databook still offers an impressive analysis of the company's publicly traded peer group. This can still be quite helpful for discussion topics with the customer.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sellers are no longer spending long hours combing through 10Ks and transcripts. The time spent on account planning has drastically decreased while the quality of their account plans are increasing. The sales team is able to spend more time with the customer talking about how we can help solve their toughest challenges. They are also better prepared to talk to the executive leadership about their challenges and goals.

I like that the Databook team seems to continually be rolling out new features that actually benefit their customers. I also appreciate the wealth of data and insights that they make available to you while trying to provide an easy to use interface. Because of the information availalbe, it keeps me coming back time and again for more insights.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

Connecting a recommended solution to an actual account could use more automation to reduce the time needed on the user side to generate the use cases. I also wish there were more ways to integrate data from Databook into other proprietary systems.

I go to Databook to collect intelligence on accounts my team works on for Account Based Marketing. It has made me a more intelligent marketer who can better work with sales teams as a result. It also has helped me identify value propositions and business drivers I can use as part of a marketing campaign.

I use it regularly. It's simple, efficient and with its integrations to my company's CRM, makes it seamless to navigate accounts and attach opportunities to sales plays.

Loved it since Day 1 when I started using it in May 2022.

User-friendly interface makes navigating and analyzing the data presented a breeze. From a sales prespective it helps me analyze key snippets within their form K etc. The other awesome aspect if you want data for a company that isn't available, you can request it to be added. If there is enough information out in the wild they will compile and included into the platform in a very quick timeframe, 2-3 business days.

Not necessarly a dislike of the platform, but I would appreciate more information on private companies. That said, I'm aware of that can be a greater challenge versus public traded companies.

Databook provides me curated content about my customers. It saves me hours of research by providing customer content in an easy to absorb fashion. It is my go resource to when I am working with a new customer and during continuous customer account planning.

Some of the information can appear to be dated when a customer has not published new earnings or press releases. Perhaps, some clearer indication of when the next information update (10K, earnings release, etc) might be coming.

Diving into a customer's strategic priorities, understanding their business and financial cash flow, learning "how they make money". This helps me understand how I can bring solutions and ideas to the customer.

Excellent tool to leverage for account planning and research. I frequently use Databook as my starting point for gaining an understand of an account, relevent industry news and mapping value drivers and messaging to use cases we solve for. Easy to use and navigate. Information has been accurate and saves time digging through articles and earnings transcripts.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

Lack on info on private companies even when annual financial information is produced. Still a fair amount of tailoring to be done on messaging before meeting with a client but it is a good starting point.
