**What do you like best about Crowd?**

The AI chat is useful for getting quick answers based on actual user behavior. Instead of reviewing session recordings and heatmaps manually, I can just ask a question and get a summary with recommendations.

**What do you dislike about Crowd?**

Would love to see a mobile companion app in the future. Just something light to view feedback or AI answers when away from the laptop

**What problems is Crowd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re trying to identify why users abandon carts and where they get stuck in our checkout flow. It’s also helped us collect customer feedback more consistently.

As someone deeply invested in understanding and enhancing user experiences, I can confidently say that Crowd has been a game-changer for our team. 

My favorite features so far have been the feedback widget and the moderated sessions.

Nothing really, the tool met the my needs 100%

**What problems is Crowd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a product marketer, having the ability to gauge user sentiments quickly is invaluable, and Crowd's feedback widget has truly been a game-changer for us. The feedback widget's seamless integration on our website has allowed us to collect real-time feedback effortlessly, giving us immediate insights into user experiences and preferences.

Our design and product teams have also greatly benefited from Crowd's versatile testing options. The unmoderated and moderated testing features are incredibly easy to use and have streamlined our user testing processes. 

One of Crowd's standout features is its inclusion of AI analysis. This has been a massive time-saver for our entire team, as the AI efficiently processes and interprets vast amounts of feedback data, highlighting key trends and insights. 

I highly recommend Crowd to anyone looking to enhance user insights and drive growth.

**What do you like best about Crowd?**

Recently i created beta test campaign for my AI Tool - Plansom on Crowd. Crowd has great features if you're looking to create interactive surveys, beta tests, feedback campaigns for your team. I am using daily for beta tests.

i found it extremely useful. The team was responsive and provided support fully. Thankyou. 

I highly recommend using Crowd.

It is still a new tool in market, more features are yet to come out.
