What do you like best about Crowd?

The AI chat is useful for getting quick answers based on actual user behavior. Instead of reviewing session recordings and heatmaps manually, I can just ask a question and get a summary with recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowd?

Recently i created beta test campaign for my AI Tool - Plansom on Crowd. Crowd has great features if you're looking to create interactive surveys, beta tests, feedback campaigns for your team. I am using daily for beta tests.
