Crisp offers two robust options for pulling and analyzing data—one optimized for Excel and another designed for Power BI. Having both platforms available is valuable, as it allows teammates to work within the environment they are most comfortable with. Additionally, Crisp continues to expand its reporting capabilities and refine existing content, which enhances our speed to insight and strengthens our ability to analyze data efficiently. Platform is very user friendly...easy to navigate and understand. The layout is clean and clearly defined. My integration specialist is super helpful and always responds quickly whenever I have questions or need assistance with errors. If idle for too long and the system times out, it doesn't actually log you out so you can just log in again...instead, it keeps you in the platform but won't allow you to do anything. I find this a bit frustrating because then I have to log out a few times and refresh my browser or it stays frozen (even after logging out and back in again). I really appreciate the speed of the Crisp Data Platform, as it loads quickly and removes the necessity to export data, although the option remains available. I find it convenient that everything is accessible right from the homepage. I also enjoy the platform's extensive customizability, which allows me to pull various powerful metrics into one centralized location. Despite the slight difficulty in selecting the right metrics due to a vast array of similar ones, having them all in one place is incredibly useful. Sometimes when I want to customize in a more complicated way, it isn't clear how exactly to do that. If I wanted to create a line chart and grab weeks on the row axis or if I wanted to grab a bunch of different metrics, there are oftentimes many, many metrics with very similar names. When you go to select them, the full name is cut off by the selection panel, making it very difficult to tell which one is which. The only way to tell is if you hover over them, and then it'll reveal the full name. However, if there are a dozen or more different metrics, you have to hover over a lot to get to where you need to go. And sometimes you don't even exactly know which is which, which can be a bit complicated. The way that they're organized is just a little bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there is tax issues or the mapping for certain customers is incorrect or hasn't been updated.

While preparing shipments, when a quantity is at zero, we set the pack quantity to be zero in both boxes. Meaning there should be no quantities of that style populating when applying and processing the order. However, when we click apply, the box count remains the same. When we click edit order, we can see that all quantities put at zero initially have been packed in the cartons in the shipment and we then have to manually adjust every single store to match the style’s quantities and delete cartons

Sometimes the data is missing when we edit quantities, or it will not appear for whomever edited the order but someone will log in and go to the shipment and see the correct quantities. Also, takes a while for sales order to appear on POs. The site crashes or freezes and we have to re-do our work or log back in to complete the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crisp continues to build upon their core business, creating new retail connectors and branching out into EDI connections. Additionally, they are investing in creating strong, out of the box, dashboards for their clients to get more value out of the data. With all of this normalized data, Crisp understands that AI will be a strong component of their product offering in the future and has published open source AI notebooks for clients to leverage as a starting point for our internal AI initiatives. Further normalization across different datasets. While the underlying data across data sources may be different, it would be nice to see frameworks of normalization across different datasets above what exists today. Today, there are aggregated sales and inventory tables across multiple retailers, but for a channel such as Amazon, is there a way to combine multiple Amazon accounts together? Vendor Central and seller central combined? Amazon sales and inventory in addition to Amazon Ad data? Pushing into further use cases here would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the Crisp Data Platform's ability to deliver unified, real-time retail and supply chain data from a wide variety of sources, which enables faster decision-making. It consolidates retail data and supports advanced analytics and reporting, along with improved demand forecasting and fast feedback loops. What I like best about the Crisp Data Platform is how easy it is to access and visualize retailer POS data in near real-time. The platform streamlines our reporting and makes it easier to identify trends, out-of-stocks, and sales opportunities across accounts without needing to manipulate large datasets manually. The crisp platform has helped my company to grow distribution in targeted accounts by being able to identify the opportunities for regions, stores and skus. It is easy to set up and makes it easy to update if focuses change. the training I received and the follow up assisted int he quick learning of the system. Honestly, the best part of working with Crisp has been how easy and human the whole experience is. We actually speak to an account manager weekly who we love and who fully understands both EDI and our business — not just someone who runs a ticket on our query and can't explain the technical aspects to the software engineers on their team. That’s a huge difference compared to other EDI providers we’ve worked with in the past, where the account reps had zero technical knowledge and every small trading partner issue turned into a week-long back-and-forth.

On top of that, the platform itself is clean, intuitive, and does exactly what we need - if it doesn't do what we need they will customize and improve their system and not charge through the roof.
