Honestly, the best part of working with Crisp has been how easy and human the whole experience is. We actually speak to an account manager weekly who we love and who fully understands both EDI and our business — not just someone who runs a ticket on our query and can't explain the technical aspects to the software engineers on their team. That’s a huge difference compared to other EDI providers we’ve worked with in the past, where the account reps had zero technical knowledge and every small trading partner issue turned into a week-long back-and-forth.
On top of that, the platform itself is clean, intuitive, and does exactly what we need - if it doesn't do what we need they will customize and improve their system and not charge through the roof.
