For example, I can see total MDM category information or pull by sub MDM category but I would like to see a dashboard that allows me to look at my total business to understand which brands or categories within it are driving the business up for down. Clickling through that data to get more granular efficeiently is what I am missing today. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** CRISP has gathered all shipment data for independent retailers and allowed me to dig into each retailers size of business, distribution and trends very efficiently. It's usually only for one of the reports on their analytics platform, and they have others where you can get the data that you need. I have to select and filter out each item at a time so that I am able to view what warehouse it is carried in. It doesn't require anything from your team to really get going or regularly maintain and it is a great way to see your business and customers. I like the new integration with UNFI insights as well. Exporting could be better and I also think it takes a long time to run some reports and reprompt. I also like how detailed the data can get. Being able to look at store level data across retailers and by SKU is so powerful. I'm able to cut the data how I want it to. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** I dislike that there isn't a singular dashboard with all the visuals in one place so that I can look at the data quickly in one glance. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Crisp lets me understand the drivers, down to a SKU and store level, behind what is moving the business. I can see where stocks need to be increased, where SKUs aren't moving quickly, etc. I can also see where there are zero sales on a store level, meaning potentially phantom inventory.
