Given it's entry level pricing you can break into an arena that did not exist to you previously with their visualization tools. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** Because Crisp is for data visualization the ability to manpulate the data is lacking. Anything that is not absoute and black and white will likely require you to do some manual work to clean the data yourself. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** How many stores are we in, what are our sales how are they changing over time. ### 2. Wish there was a way to pull in some additional data points into the view we need, instead of 1 view for all. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** CRISP currenlt extracts daily sales and inventory for our Broadline customers (KeHE and UNFI) that we weren't abke to see before, mostly UNFI data. We are able to now get this level of detail daily due to the CRISP and UNFI partnership, that we were not able to get. ### 3. Crisp gets rid of all of these issues and allows me to get right into the thick of analysis rather than waiting for engineers to build tables for me or connect to APIs. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** Crisp isn't a great platform for analysis, so you'll need your own analytics team to create data insights. If you're a budding company without many analysts, this may only be leveraged for reporting rather than decision making. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Crisp Data helps us better udnerstand how marketing spend impacts retail outcomes. I also like the harmonized sales dash. While it isn't perfect it's the best synthesis of both data sets that I've seen that pretty reliably is grouping accounts that pull from both distributors. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** I wish the timeframe and base metrics were a little more flexible. It would be great if there were a way to adjust the sales lookback used when reviewing inventory so you could manually correct for plus-outs or promo months to calculate WOH. You can build all the tools yourself, or within the organization to get that outside-in view of performance, but it is quite a complex and big task to undertake, Crisp does it for you. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** Like all external, outside-in data platforms I've come across, translating the external data to your own company language and internal item hierarchy information is not something that Crisp does out of the box, nor could it because of the sensitivity of such connections and translations that it would necessitate.
