Its slow, it looks the the dos screen from my first computer, the customer service takes forever to respond and the program freezes and shuts down for no apparent reason. Every time our company has a growth spurt and needs to have bluelink upgraded it takes a long time and is very complicated to get done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Blue Link ERP: test it out before hand, if you are a company that is growing and will require constant changes and upgrades for the program to grow with your business this is probably not the software for you. We are doing CRM, order entry and inventory management. the reporting features for these are pretty good, but some of the ways they process or require duplicate information is frustrating.
