The best part is the solution can be used for multiple brands/products/features. We get real time insights on competitors very quickly which earlier used to take much longer time by running a primary research study. Perception analysis or sentiment analysis is also a very useful study that can be done through this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI can be more smooth and faster. The dashboard can be improved aesthetically. Since it's a new solution and not many people know about it so easy integration with other solution is still a big question mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
