Our organization has been utilizing Corrigo as our CMMS platform, on a specific client account, for nearly 4 years and we are extremely pleased with its performance and reliability. Corrigo has consistently delivered measurable value in three critical areas: Ease of Use – The system is designed with an intuitive, user-friendly interface that streamlines daily workflows. This has enabled our teams to quickly adopt the platform and operate more efficiently, with minimal training required. Technical Support – The level of service provided by Corrigo’s support team has been outstanding. Their responsiveness, expertise, and commitment to resolving inquiries promptly have instilled a strong sense of confidence in the platform. System Reliability and Up Time – Corrigo has demonstrated exceptional stability. We have experienced virtually no unplanned downtime, and those downtimes which are unplanned are brief. This helps to ensure uninterrupted operations and provides assurance that the system can be relied upon in critical situations. Overall, Corrigo has proven to be a highly effective and dependable CMMS solution. What do you dislike about Corrigo? As this is a client-owned CMMS for our account team's application, the only issue worth noting here is the lack of ability to integrate into our version of Yardi, a critical financial software required for account management. Generally, Corrigo is used as a service request workflow tool, so broad operational problems are not of immediate concern. However, there is an Asset Management component we are beginning to unlock and the reporting for both vendor executed and self-performed work is invaluable in our efforts to provide exceptional service delivery to our client and their customers.
