**What do you like best about ConnectiveOne (ex Kwizbot)?**

As a support operator, the biggest win for me is having all channels — Telegram, Viber, website chat — in one single interface. I no longer need to switch between tabs or miss messages. The AI Copilot is a game changer: it suggests responses in real time while I'm chatting with a customer, which speeds up my replies significantly. The scenario builder is intuitive enough that even non-technical team members can adjust flows without involving developers.

**What do you dislike about ConnectiveOne (ex Kwizbot)?**

The initial setup of automation scenarios takes some time to get right, especially for complex flows. It would be helpful to have more ready-made templates to start from. That said, the support team is responsive and helps troubleshoot quickly.

**What problems is ConnectiveOne (ex Kwizbot) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ConnectiveOne, our team was constantly overwhelmed — messages came from different channels and it was easy to miss something. Now everything is centralized. The AI handles a large share of repetitive questions automatically, and when a customer needs a live agent, the full conversation history is already there. My response time has improved noticeably and I feel less burned out at the end of the day.

In the early stages, it took time to carefully define and script all communication scenarios. However, the ConnectiveOne team was always available to help, and the investment in preparation paid off quickly.

**What problems is ConnectiveOne (ex Kwizbot) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ConnectiveOne to reduce the load on our customer hotline, support customers during online order placement, provide real-time product recommendations, and allow customers to check and use loyalty bonus balances. We also use it for triggered mailings and ongoing customer communication across messengers.

**What do you like best about ConnectiveOne (ex Kwizbot)?**

The platform is intuitive and efficient for processing user requests, making the daily work of our support operators much easier. The integrated AI tools significantly speed up responses and improve accuracy. The development team deserves special mention — they are proactive, responsive, and constantly improving the product by adding new features based on real user feedback.

**What do you dislike about ConnectiveOne (ex Kwizbot)?**

I haven't had any negative experiences with the platform. However, one thing that’s really missing is a more optimized way to search through closed conversations. Improving this would significantly speed up operators' work when referencing past cases.

ConnectiveOne helps us efficiently manage and respond to user requests in one centralized platform. It streamlines communication, organizes conversations, and reduces response time. The built-in AI tools assist with drafting replies, analyzing user intent, and even suggesting actions — which significantly boosts the productivity of our support team. It also helps reduce human error and ensures a more consistent user experience.
