# What is the best VoIP software for small businesses?

Simple to set up and use

Scalable as our team grows

Offers solid call quality and reliability

Integrates with tools we already use (like CRM or help desk software)

Nextiva was our first choice as well, but we’re a small business and we felt it’s more structured for larger companies since it offers a lot of features we don’t really need. We’ve tried both Justcall and Cloudtalk, but we ultimately went with Cloudtalk mainly because of better customer support, especially during onboarding and more flexible packages.

It’s mostly built for small businesses and our team is currently quite satisfied with it. That said, Justcall was also a good option, this really comes down to personal preference and what fits best with your team’s workflow and structure.

My advice would be to try out a few platforms and see which one aligns best with your specific use case, day-to-day workflow, and overall business setup.

I’ve seen mixed reviews on integration with CRMs. Has anyone successfully hooked up one of these VoIP tools with Salesforce or HubSpot without major pain? Would love to hear what worked!
