"Brain + Artifacts Scales Communication Efforts for a Solo Team"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Brain and Artifact creation (is that one thing?). I'm a team of one managing the work of a 46 firm consortium and having a teammate in Brain that can create the visuals I need to communicate upward and outward is awesome. It's not perfect and comprehensive feature-wise. However, I'm seeing consistent updates that align with gaps I experience. It's like the weather in FL - you don't like it, wait a minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I'd rather tell Brain my feedback, feature requests, bug reports and have it routed to the right sources rather than going to a specific page or forum that takes me out of my flow of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Brain2 feels like my Personal Assistant"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Things I love about ClickUp:

1) its native AI tool, Brain2. It's a game changer - it literally understands my business like a personal assistant.

2) design - absolute comfort.

3) artifacts - saves a lot of time (comparing to outside AI tools which would require deeper and longer explanations).

4) SyncUp calls within our team with AI notes included - another time saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

1) ClickUp doesn't work fast enough at Safari browser (but desktop app and Chrome - perfect).

2) New plans add a bit of misunderstanding (but in general I got to choose mine)

3) Pricing - I'd prefer lower costs or discounts especially when the team is growing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful conversation history: immediate reminders in agreements and meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The conversation history network in scheduled meetings or established agreements functions as a record that, when detected by AI, serves as an immediate reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

You cannot pin conversations or highlight them as an archive. Also, when you search for a conversation and click on a result, it does not take you directly to that message nor link it with the rest of the conversation from that time, which would make it easier to understand the context. Additionally, the Outlook integration does not fully function to show constant changes in the meeting agency. Sometimes it takes a while to load on the mobile app, affecting its performance. "A genuine day-to-day workhorse — and getting smarter with AI"
4/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has become the backbone of how I organise my workload day to day. What stands out most is how flexible it is — whether I'm tracking campaign tasks, managing deadlines across multiple brands, or keeping an overview of where projects stand, it adapts to how I actually work rather than forcing me into a rigid structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

It can feel quite messy and all over the place, and I don't always find what I need as quickly as I should — with so many views, statuses, and nested spaces, things can end up scattered rather than easy to locate. It's also slow to load at times, and I've had occasions where tickets show up blank even though they're fully populated with information, which is confusing and means I sometimes have to refresh or dig around to confirm the ticket actually has the detail I need. "Intuitive Customization with Helpful Templates and Flexible Workflow Statuses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like the combination of customization options alongside the useful templates. The choice between custom and embedded statuses makes it easy to tailor workflows, and the similar experience across pre-populated and bespoke automations feels intuitive to use. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

There’s a lot to take in and make sense of. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the support that’s available is genuinely helpful and makes it easier to get oriented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp’s Flexible All-in-One Platform Boosted My Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is its flexible, all-in-one approach. It replaces multiple tools by combining task management, docs, goals, and time tracking in a single platform, which simplifies my workflow. The UI is clean and the ability to switch between List, Board, and Calendar views makes it easy to manage tasks based on context.

Customization is a major strength—custom fields, statuses, and automations allow me to design workflows exactly how I need them. This has significantly reduced manual work and improved efficiency. Integrations with other tools I use also help keep everything connected without switching platforms frequently.

In terms of performance, ClickUp generally handles large task volumes well, and I’ve been able to manage complex projects without major issues. From a pricing perspective, it offers strong value for money considering the number of features included in a single tool.

Overall, it has improved my productivity, made collaboration smoother, and helped me stay organized without needing multiple separate tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While ClickUp is very powerful, the biggest downside is that it can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users. The number of features and customization options creates a learning curve during onboarding. In terms of performance, I’ve occasionally experienced slight lag when working with larger projects or heavy dashboards.

Additionally, some advanced features are not very intuitive and require time to fully understand or set up properly. Although the pricing offers good value overall, certain useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans.

Improving onboarding, simplifying the UI for beginners, and optimizing performance for large-scale usage would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Task Organization with Versatile Views in ClickUp and Realtime team collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

It's easy to write a to-do list and organise it by time. ClickUp has many task views, like List, Calendar, Kanban, Gantt chart, and others. For my daily tasks and to-dos, I usually use the List view and sort by date. For my master's coursework, I prefer the Calendar view because I can see my schedule for the whole month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The mobile version is messy and not user-friendly. The UI needs to be changed entirely, with a focus on simplicity and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Keeps My Solo Business Organized and On Track"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love that it allows me to really see what's happening in my business. As a solo-preneur with many different unique clients, passions, projects, plus a home life to manage, Clickup allows me to keep everything in one place - I never have to question what I have to do today - I just log in and go. I also love that when my brain and body are having NONE of it, I can reschedule something and keep my clients and partners up to date on what's going on. Nothing falls through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The usage limits hinder me a bit - the last few months have been rough, but I also understand that you can't house everyone's data for free without constraint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Helps Us Stay Organized and On Track"
5/5
Describe the project or task ClickUp helped with:

With ClickUp, I can create a template for a specific program and then reuse that template again and again. It clearly outlines the requirements needed for our various programs, which makes it much easier to stay consistent while still accounting for differences. And ClickUp allows me to see what tasks are past due, currently due, and due in the future all within one list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp’s ease of use and its ability to keep users organized and on task are fantastic. Its strong performance helps me stay organized and makes sure no task goes unhandled. With all that power, you might expect ClickUp to be expensive, but the pricing feels well worth it for the return we get from keeping everyone on track.

I’m a program coordinator in the Professional Education office at the University of Richmond, and my role is to support several program managers. I need to know which programs need which tasks completed, and each program is individual and unique.

Our support with ClickUp has been great. We have had meetings with those at ClickUp to onboard us and as needed when we run into questions that need to be addressed.

I was slow to start using ClickUp, but now that I’ve become the ClickUp master in my department, I can’t get along without it. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to keep themselves—and others—on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best-in-Class Customer Service with All the Customisable Views You Could Want"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

In the past, I always loved how customisable it was. However, now, I would recommend the customer service more than anything! The AI replies were actually very articulate, and when I was transferred to an actual agent, they were also incredibly helpful. Then, when the bug they mentioned was fixed, I was sent an email to let me know! That end to end process was the best I had ever experienced. Well done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I dislike that there official way to move a space from one workspace to another. It would be a good edition! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
