"Easy to Customize and Flexible—Great Support Resources"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

How easy it is to customize to my needs and flex with my business. I also appreciate the support available like webinars and help documents when I have questions. As someone new to the use of AI agents, I have learned so much through their help and it has allowed me to grow my business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The customization options can become overwhelming, but ClickUp helps with webinars and the ability to book an appointment to discuss your needs with an expert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sleek, All-in-One ClickUp With Powerful Built-In AI and Automations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I use ClickUp for everything, and if it doesn't exist in ClickUp, then it doesn't exist in my world.

It's pretty sleek. On performance, it might just be my machine, but sometimes it's a little slow. Otherwise, my company pays for it, and there are lots of AI credits already available to me inside ClickUp, so I don't need to use or waste regular credits on dedicated AI tools or chatbots.

They're actually really good, and it makes it very easy to set up your own agents as well as automations to help reduce the manual lift needed to run and execute projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes it is overwhelming. You can do so much with such vast options for customization that it can feel overwhelming at times. For anyone who is new or has never used a tool like this before, the learning curve is steep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized, AI-Powered Ticketing With Amazing Onboarding and Rock-Solid Stability"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I really like how everything is organized. Having AI built in also makes updating tickets and creating new ones really quick. The multiple ticket views are also very cool, and they’re genuinely informative.

I haven’t tried the Slack integration yet, but I’m planning to in the next couple of days, since it should really enrich the experience (I love the idea of never leaving Slack while still updating my board!).

The onboarding is absolutely amazing—honestly one of the best user experiences I’ve ever encountered. Pricing also feels pretty fair for the value provided.

As for platform stability, that’s a real strength. I’ve never run into connection failures, and it’s never laggy or anything—it’s consistently reliable and always up to the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Notifications get noisy fast, and tuning them to show only what matters isn’t easy. Frequent UI changes. Things move around between updates, so you have to keep relearning where they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Great Tool for Managing Design Projects and Clients"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is that it makes working with clients much easier. As a graphic designer, I use it to share design updates, get feedback, and keep track of revisions. Everything is organized in one place, so it's easy for both me and my clients to see the progress of a project. It also helps me avoid missing important details and keeps the whole process running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes ClickUp feels a bit overwhelming because there are so many features, and it can take some time to get used to everything. The interface can also feel a little slow at times. But overall, I think it's a great tool for managing projects and working with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated Workflows and AI Agents Make ClickUp a Solopreneur Powerhouse"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Love the automated workflows and the ai agents are fantastic. The UX can be tough at first and it's easy to set up in a more convoluted way than necessary, but I think it just comes with figuring out how you want to use it. I used it in the most basic task manager way for the first few years, then really started creating my templates and systems awhile back. Now I have custom ai agents that work on a schedule or trigger and it is such a massive help as a solopreneur.

I feel like each week I could find something new to implement. Just last week I saw they also have a Canva integration... whoa, can't wait to figure that out more.

It's highly suggested to connect your OpenAi and Claude so that those can read from your ClickUp and be more efficient. But also, get your ChatGPT to sum up your voice and feed it to Brain bc the more you keep at it in Brain, the more I find that it can really nail it on the first go.

I definitely feel like I get my money's worth as a solo-agent that runs two businesses through CU. I can't speak to the onboarding bc I haven't utilized it and hardly ever really need support bc all my questions typically get answered by just asking Brain. But i have taken a lot of the University courses too so that helps.

I can only think of a couple times that I've ran into an issue/glitch but not enough that it was devastating, so I find that minimal of an issue.

I genuinely use this way more than my actual CRM. And at times wish I had the time to just move it all over here. If I were starting from scratch, I'd only build in ClickUp. In fact, I am working on new service, and part of my planning absolutely first factored in how much of it I could run through automations in ClickUp first to speed up performance on my end and consistency for scalability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I don't really know that I can say there's enough to even come to mind. I do wish I could embed and work on GSheets directly in my attachments and would be great if we could embed a clickable design from Canva directly into a task via the + Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, All-in-One ClickUp with Smart Built-In AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is intuitive, and everything you need feels easy to locate and within reach. Integrations with common tools like Google Docs help keep work connected and reduce the need to switch between apps. It also runs well on low-end devices, making it accessible for teams without expensive equipment. The free plan is useful for early-stage teams that need to organize their work while keeping costs low.

Onboarding is straightforward, so new team members can get started without spending hours learning the platform. ClickUp’s built-in AI adds to that convenience by helping with everyday tasks and supporting more automated workflows. Having tasks, documents, and team communication in one place makes it easier to keep track of responsibilities and project progress.

What stands out most is how ClickUp brings these tools together. Instead of spreading information across several apps, teams can keep their work organized in a shared space. That makes collaboration more manageable and helps people spend less time searching for information and more time completing their work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can be slightly confusing at first, and some features and settings are not where you would expect them. Once you get used to the layout, everyday tasks become easier. Integrations with common tools like Google Docs help keep work connected and reduce switching between apps. It works well on low-end devices, and the free plan provides useful features for early-stage teams keeping costs low. Basic onboarding is straightforward, although learning the full platform takes time. I have not used support enough to judge its quality. The built-in AI feels intelligent, and its agent features can help automate routine tasks, though their value depends on your team’s workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beautiful, Fast All-in-One Workspace—Whiteboards, AI, and Snappy Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

My favorite part about ClickUp is the Whiteboard function, allowing me to draw ideas, plans, and schematics all in one go, with simple and comfortable to use tools. The UI is beautiful, modern, and intuitive. It runs fast, on any web browser, with helpful tools, AI implementation, search function, and overall snappy integrations. Even the free plans will be amazing for anyone who craves an all-in-one solution to manage plans, schematics, ideas and tasks within a big or small organization. Finding help is easy, either online or through support itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Personally I have not experienced any negative sides about ClickUp. While some keybinds might be unintuitive to use inside of the Whiteboard, alongside some problems regarding zooming in and out, everything else is perfectly functional and simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ ClickUp is part of the backbone of how I run my agency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The flexibility is a big win for me. I can tailor ClickUp to each client, giving them their own spaces, lists, task structures, and processes, rather than trying to squeeze everyone into one rigid setup. That’s made onboarding smoother, helped keep projects on track, and made it easier for my team and me to see exactly what’s due and who owns it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Adding users is the main area where ClickUp falls short for me. I work with a lot of clients, and they all have to be added as guests. I’d prefer they could be part of my system with simpler access, ideally at no extra cost. Most clients only need ClickUp to approve work and upload content into my space, so paying for a full seat for each person just isn’t realistic for a small business. Because of that cost, it’s difficult to give clients the more integrated experience I’d like to provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Streamlined Our Multi-Unit Operations and Keeps Everyone in Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has completely streamlined our operational workflow for managing multi-unit property portfolios, especially during high-stakes short-term rental onboarding like tracking maintenance and snagging lists. The custom task statuses, flexible views, and robust tracking features save our team hours every week by keeping everyone completely synchronized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike so far. Because it's feature-rich, the initial learning curve can be slightly steep for new team members, but once configured for operational workflows like snagging and maintenance tracking, it runs exceptionally well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
