&lt;p&gt;Clutter has disrupted workshops more often for me than a missing feature would. Once everyone is adding sticky notes, comments, and diagrams simultaneously, facilitation gets harder if the board has no clear structure. I’d set up frames and activity areas beforehand, then test performance with the expected number of participants because a board that works smoothly with five people can feel very different with thirty.&lt;/p&gt;
