The system is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, and there are plenty of help articles to figure out how to set things up. I also really appreciate the responsiveness of the support center. The set-up also helps manage tasks between items in clear event easy to jump back and forth between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish it was just a bit more customizable. For example, when exporting registrants, it would be nice to be able to select the data fields to export, as opposed to having to go through and remove columns. Another example would be that you can't add emails to be cc'd in all email blast messages, it can only go to the registered attendee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
