This year, participants registered directly through ClearEvent, resulting in a more efficient process and improved data accuracy by eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors. ClearEvent also enabled the use of dynamic registration forms, requiring participants to complete specific information based on their responses, which improved the quality and completeness of data collected. I also really appreciate the responsiveness of the support center. The set-up also helps manage tasks between items in clear event easy to jump back and forth between. **What do you dislike about ClearEvent?** I do wish it was just a bit more customizable. For example, when exporting registrants, it would be nice to be able to select the data fields to export, as opposed to having to go through and remove columns. Another example would be that you can't add emails to be cc'd in all email blast messages, it can only go to the registered attendee. **What problems is ClearEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily collect and manage event registrations. It works well just a bit confusing at first. **What problems is ClearEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using a third party that controlled the registration and now we have full control, can run reports any time was want and have access to our registrant data.
