**What do you like best about ClearEvent?**

ClearEvent significantly improved how registrations were managed for the event. Previously, registrations were completed manually by submitting forms, which required staff to input data and interpret handwritten information. This year, participants registered directly through ClearEvent, resulting in a more efficient process and improved data accuracy by eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors.

ClearEvent also enabled the use of dynamic registration forms, requiring participants to complete specific information based on their responses, which improved the quality and completeness of data collected. In addition, the ability to schedule automated reminder emails—such as messages sent the day before the event—reduced administrative burden during a busy planning period and helped ensure consistent communication with attendees.

**What do you dislike about ClearEvent?**

There were no issues identified with the use of ClearEvent. One potential improvement would be allowing attendees to view message center communications without requiring a login when messages are sent to specific groups. I understand why it has to be done this way and I found a workaround to address this for future events. This is nothing that would ever stop us from using ClearEvent again.

**What problems is ClearEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClearEvent significantly improved the efficiency and overall management of the event. It streamlined the registration process, enhanced communication with attendees, and enabled automated reminders, which reduced administrative burden during critical planning periods. The platform also improved on-site logistics, making check-in more efficient and simplifying processes such as mail merges.

Overall, the benefits of using ClearEvent far outweighed the cost. While only a portion of its features were utilized this year, the platform offers additional functionality that could be leveraged in future events to further enhance operations and the attendee experience.

**What do you like best about ClearEvent?**

ClearEvent has been incredibly helpful in streamlining our entire event management process. Transitioning from a manual, paper-based system to a centralized platform has significantly improved our efficiency and organization. Everything—from exhibitor registration and booth assignments to communication and payment tracking—is managed in one place, which saves time and reduces administrative burden.

One of the biggest upsides is the built-in payment tracking, which ensures timely payments and eliminates the need for constant follow-up. The platform also provides good value for the cost, especially for organizations managing large-scale events.

Another standout is their responsive customer support. The ClearEvent team is very receptive through their chat function, making it easy to get quick answers or provide feedback. Any bugs or issues we encountered were addressed promptly with effective resolutions, which added to our confidence in using the system.

While there is a bit of a learning curve in some areas, the platform offers helpful training videos and resources that make onboarding manageable. Overall, ClearEvent delivers a reliable, professional, and efficient event management solution that has modernized how we run our Home Show.

**What do you dislike about ClearEvent?**

Some aspects of ClearEvent are more intuitive than others, so there can be a bit of a learning curve when first getting started. While the platform offers helpful training videos and resources, it may take some time to become fully comfortable navigating all features.

Additionally, the exporting and reporting functionality could be more flexible. Having more customization options when pulling data or generating reports would improve post-event analysis and internal tracking.

That said, any issues or questions we encountered were handled promptly by their responsive support team, which helped minimize any disruptions and made the overall experience positive.

**What problems is ClearEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClearEvent is helping us solve several key operational challenges related to event management. Previously, we relied on a manual, paper-based system, which made it difficult to stay organized, track exhibitor information, and manage booth assignments efficiently. ClearEvent centralizes all of that into one platform, improving accuracy and saving significant administrative time.

It also addresses payment tracking and cash flow issues. With built-in invoicing and payment management, we are able to collect payments more promptly and reduce the need for manual follow-up, which has been a major improvement.

Additionally, it helps solve communication and coordination challenges by providing a structured way to manage exhibitor details and keep everything in one place. This reduces errors, minimizes back-and-forth emails, and creates a more professional experience for both our team and our vendors.

Overall, ClearEvent is helping us operate more efficiently, stay organized, and run a more streamlined and financially reliable event.

**What do you like best about ClearEvent?**

The system is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, and there are plenty of help articles to figure out how to set things up.  I also really appreciate the responsiveness of the support center.  The set-up also helps manage tasks between items in clear event easy to jump back and forth between.

**What do you dislike about ClearEvent?**

I do wish it was just a bit more customizable.  For example, when exporting registrants, it would be nice to be able to select the data fields to export, as opposed to having to go through and remove columns.  Another example would be that you can't add emails to be cc'd in all email blast messages, it can only go to the registered attendee.

**What problems is ClearEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily collect and manage event registrations.  The ability to quickly and easily customize tickets and registration forms is a huge time-saver.

**What do you like best about ClearEvent?**

I find it very user friendly both in building events and the attendees registering for an event.

**What do you dislike about ClearEvent?**

Not being able to have a workshop section in the registration page dedicated to an event however there is work around by using products. It works well just a bit confusing at first.

**What problems is ClearEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using a third party that controlled the registration and now we have full control, can run reports any time was want and have access to our registrant data. This has saved us time and errors not in our control.
