ClearEvent significantly improved how registrations were managed for the event. Previously, registrations were completed manually by submitting forms, which required staff to input data and interpret handwritten information. This year, participants registered directly through ClearEvent, resulting in a more efficient process and improved data accuracy by eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors. ClearEvent also enabled the use of dynamic registration forms, requiring participants to complete specific information based on their responses, which improved the quality and completeness of data collected. In addition, the ability to schedule automated reminder emails—such as messages sent the day before the event—reduced administrative burden during a busy planning period and helped ensure consistent communication with attendees. I understand why it has to be done this way and I found a workaround to address this for future events. This is nothing that would ever stop us from using ClearEvent again.
