What problems is Channel99 solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a few issues that Channel99 solves for. The biggest one is our ability to view how are paid ads are performing beyond the initial metrics. We historically didn't have a way to tie our paid ad efforts to opportunities and closed won deals. Channel99 solves for this, which is huge for our org. This allows us to validate our paid ad budget and identify what's working and what isn't-- which means we can be smarter with our dollar.
Another issue Channel99 solves for is how marketing is measured and attributed. Historically, we've used a "last-touch" attribution model, which isn't reflective of the entire marketing funnel. Marketing touches so many things along the way, and Channel99 is able to help visualize all of those touchpoints in one view. We can see the effectiveness of all our marketing channels, campaigns, and vendors in one spot.
