I love Channel99 because the platform is very intuitive, making it easy to use. Their team and support structure are great, which really enhances my overall experience. The initial setup was very easy too.

Channel99 isn't just another marketing attribution company... and there are plenty of those. They've got robust technology that tackles tough data challenges head-on and their AI is trained to help improve campaign performance and figure out where to invest more for growth.  The UI is clean, the reporting is fast and working with them has been easy, efficient and pleasant. 

Chris (Founder/CEO) and the team deeply understand B2B marketing and media and are clearly committed to helping their customers succeed.

Nothing really. I think the AI will get smarter and smarter as Channel99 scales and am excited about where they are going with dynamic audience activation.

The platform's ability to highlight channel effectiveness is its strongest feature. The visualizations are clear and make it easy to see which investments are driving pipeline, helping us optimize our spend for real-world results.

The product is still evolving, so some advanced features are on the roadmap but not yet available. Also, the initial setup of the tracking pixels can have a slight learning curve, but their support team is very helpful in getting you through it.

**What do you like best about Channel99?**

I like that we are able to see all of marketing's impact in one location. We are able to justify the cost of our programs and measure impact outside of a single last-touch model. I have also thoroughly enjoyed the onboarding process with Garrett, Mark, and the team. They're super responsive and helpful-- even working to add new features that we've brought up. It's very easy to use if you're familiar with data, reporting, and dashboards. The implementation process is quick-- you simply add the Channel99 tag to your website and let the data flow in. I find myself in there on a near-daily basis checking our different marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Channel99?**

The only downsides I have so far are that a few "nice to haves" are still getting worked on and aren't released in the product yet. There are reporting options that would be super helpful for our team that will be released in the next few weeks, but it would've been great if they were already in there when we purchased.

**What problems is Channel99 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a few issues that Channel99 solves for. The biggest one is our ability to view how are paid ads are performing beyond the initial metrics. We historically didn't have a way to tie our paid ad efforts to opportunities and closed won deals. Channel99 solves for this, which is huge for our org. This allows us to validate our paid ad budget and identify what's working and what isn't-- which means we can be smarter with our dollar.

Another issue Channel99 solves for is how marketing is measured and attributed. Historically, we've used a "last-touch" attribution model, which isn't reflective of the entire marketing funnel. Marketing touches so many things along the way, and Channel99 is able to help visualize all of those touchpoints in one view. We can see the effectiveness of all our marketing channels, campaigns, and vendors in one spot. This means we can finally know what's working beyond that last touch and we can make smarter decisions as an organization to drive growth.

The concept of creating a single source of truth for multichannel ROI is extremely compelling. The UI is great and features are robust. The team has an ambitious roadmap for new features and the product gets updated very regularly.

Like with any marketing attribution product, C99 data sometimes does not line up perfectly with walled garden data. The team is currently working hard to resolve these drawbacks.

**What do you like best about Channel99?**

In a period of time when all marketing spend is scrutinized, and optimization is critical, Channel99 gives more insights into what channels and efforts drive real impact, and which don't. Being able to see channel contribution at an account level instead of person level is helpful for companies like ours that are enterprise-focused and selling to multiple complex buying groups within each account.

**What do you dislike about Channel99?**

So far we haven't identified any gaps. The platform is simple to set up, instantly populating results, and reports are digestible and inline with what I would expect. The traffic de-anonymization is also better than our match rates with 3 other technology platforms that we have currently in our stack.

**What problems is Channel99 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It shows much more relevant web and contribution data than we see through GA4 or any of the Account-Based and Marketing Automation platforms that are hooked into our site because it isolates accounts in our TAM, and it seems to be able to identify them more precisely than any-one platform in our stack. Being able to see traffic from people in targeted accounts vs bots vs non-targets is interesting as we ramp advertising spend across a multitude of channels.

Channel99 is the first platform I’ve used that gives true domain-level visibility into ABM traffic. It cuts through "unknown" traffic  and bot noise, showing exactly where impressions are landing and whether spend is actually driving value. Their customer support is outstanding—collaborative, proactive, and truly invested in client success.

**What do you dislike about Channel99?**

Some custom reporting or integrations may require more hands-on support or workarounds. That said, their team is highly responsive and open to feedback, which helps offset the growing pains.

Visibility into domain-level traffic. By integrating the Smart Pixel directly into creatives, I'm able to see exactly which companies are engaging with campaigns, finally bringing visibility into dark traffic.

We love how it provides "Shift Left" views of the buyer journey. Display advertising activities for example, are difficult to track and analyze via traditional attribution platforms. Channel99 "turns on the lights" to key activities.

Product roadmap is still a work in progress. lack of guidance around how to use and interpret dashboards (built in guidance for new users)

It’s not just about attribution; it’s about truly understanding where your pipeline is coming from and which investments are driving results. The Channel99 platform is solving a problem that has plagued B2B marketers for decades - how marketing spend is impacting revenue and which channels and vendors are moving the figurative pipeline needle. These insights, specifically focused on our target accounts, allow us to make better informed decisions about how to allocate our marketing budget in future quarters. The implementation is simple and the integrations can be done in minutes. The support from the team has been instrumental in our early wins using the platform.

The match rate for identifying accounts that visit our site is strong. It's great being able to view which accounts visit my site and also layer on ad views via pixels and non-digital tactics via Salesforce integration.

There's a lot of information in the platform, it can be hard to digest it and pull out useful insights.

Channel99 helps us deanonymize web traffic at the account level and store all campaign data in one spot that integrates with Salesforce. Reporting on web traffic from key accounts is impossible to do within Salesforce, so Channel99 allows us to do that while still pulling in opportunity and campaign information from Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Channel99?**

One of the most vexing issues we still have in B2B is understanding how our channels investments impact the bottom line. I'm not talking about attribution, I'm talking about boots-on-the-ground, campaign-level decision making. Which channels are most effective with with segments, which channels are good for early stage, late stage, which are actually efficient with pipeline generation even though they might cost more up front. Channel 99 promises to help companies unmask these insights and more.

One of the things I like the most is the ease of implemetation - getting started just takes dropping a tag into your tag manager. But the more channels you connect - CRM, ad channels, paid content channels, the more insight you get. Once you see it, it's hard to not start hooking up everything you can with their quick integrations.

**What do you dislike about Channel99?**

There's not much to dislike beside the fact that the problem it solves is a bit nuanced. For people on the front lines who are making daily decisions about channel mix, it's obvious. But for people who are further away from it, it takes a bit of time and exposure for them to really grasp. And then it becomes so obvious that they wonder why vendors don't have this kind of functionality baked in.

Channel99 helps us understand the effectiveness of our channels at a level of granularity that is not possible through more traditional attribution methods. It supports data-driven decision making around problems like "If I have 50k to invest by the end of this quarter. which channel(s) and campaign(s) should I fund in order to achieve (x) outcome?

Channel99 is solving some of the hardest marketing analytics problems (including attribution) in the B2B space with robust tooling / tech and an exceptionally strong and experienced leadership team.

Still a relatively young company, so some uncertainty on how the company and product evolves, but they are doing a nice job of prioritizing client needs while maintaining agility!

We're big fans of Channel99. I've personally been using it frequently ever since our company started getting serious about physical mail marketing. With Channel99 I can track specific audiences that we mail to to see if they've visited the site. Better yet, we can see the path that they took to get there and how many times they visited.

**What do you dislike about Channel99?**

I wouldn't say there's anything I majorly dislike about Channel99. It's a growing product with a really helpful staff and I'm happy to have it in my marketing toolkit.

We are still early in our journey with Channel99, and so far the experience has been great. This is not another data collection and measurement solution. They are solving for the true source of direct traffic, have predictive attribution, and an AI strategy that will help us drive improved campaign performance.  The team is helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get started.

**What do you dislike about Channel99?**

At this early stage, we don't see any real downsides to the product. Channel99 is providing insights we can't find elsewhere. It will take time for us to evolve our campaigns based on these insights.

It solves the problem of attribution. The benefit is we can fine tune our positioning and marketing spend to maximize efficiency and lead generation.

Channel99's analytics tool has provided very strong results in our intial tests with them.  Their ability to resolve anonymous traffic at the account level is significantly better than what we've seen with other vendors.

Chris and his team have been extremely flexible, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a successful partnership.  They've made it very easy to set up and test their solution.

They're also committed to adapting to our structure to optimize integration opportunities.

While working together for several months on an initial test program, there have been no downsides/dislikes.

Great insights to improve marketing. It's easy to setup, integrate, and then gives a ton of useful insight into what drives deals, what's working to attract my TAM, and uses AI to show how I can best spend budget moving forward.

We've been with Channel99 for a bit now, and they've been advancing a ton. What was once a bit more effort for defining TAM, setting up across channels, is now quite easy, and the new AI features and NLP are great. Looking forward to where they take this next.

Channel99's platform takes the guess work out of marketing performance by channel and integrates with all the typical platforms marketers are using for ad placement. B2B marketers can optimize their ad spend pretty quickly and start seeing significant cost savings/increase in ROI in a short period of time. 
The team's also really nice, responsive and helpful. Makes all the difference.
