I love Channel99 because the platform is very intuitive, making it easy to use. Their team and support structure are great, which really enhances my overall experience. What do you like best about Channel99?

Channel99 isn't just another marketing attribution company... and there are plenty of those. They've got robust technology that tackles tough data challenges head-on and their AI is trained to help improve campaign performance and figure out where to invest more for growth. The UI is clean, the reporting is fast and working with them has been easy, efficient and pleasant.

What do you like best about Channel99?

I like that we are able to see all of marketing's impact in one location. We are able to justify the cost of our programs and measure impact outside of a single last-touch model. I have also thoroughly enjoyed the onboarding process with Garrett, Mark, and the team. They're super responsive and helpful-- even working to add new features that we've brought up. It's very easy to use if you're familiar with data, reporting, and dashboards. The implementation process is quick-- you simply add the Channel99 tag to your website and let the data flow in. I find myself in there on a near-daily basis checking our different marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Channel99?

The only downsides I have so far are that a few "nice to haves" are still getting worked on and aren't released in the product yet. There are reporting options that would be super helpful for our team that will be released in the next few weeks, but it would've been great if they were already in there when we purchased. What do you like best about Channel99?

In a period of time when all marketing spend is scrutinized, and optimization is critical, Channel99 gives more insights into what channels and efforts drive real impact, and which don't. Being able to see channel contribution at an account level instead of person level is helpful for companies like ours that are enterprise-focused and selling to multiple complex buying groups within each account. So far we haven't identified any gaps. The platform is simple to set up, instantly populating results, and reports are digestible and inline with what I would expect.
