I like that we are able to see all of marketing's impact in one location. We are able to justify the cost of our programs and measure impact outside of a single last-touch model. I have also thoroughly enjoyed the onboarding process with Garrett, Mark, and the team. They're super responsive and helpful-- even working to add new features that we've brought up. It's very easy to use if you're familiar with data, reporting, and dashboards. The implementation process is quick-- you simply add the Channel99 tag to your website and let the data flow in. I find myself in there on a near-daily basis checking our different marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downsides I have so far are that a few "nice to haves" are still getting worked on and aren't released in the product yet. There are reporting options that would be super helpful for our team that will be released in the next few weeks, but it would've been great if they were already in there when we purchased.
