What do you like best about Cequens?

I really appreciate the support team at Cequens. They stand out for their responsiveness, and I value how quickly they reply to tickets. This level of service ensures that any issues I encounter are addressed promptly, which is crucial for maintaining smooth operations. What do you dislike about Cequens?

I am frustrated with the performance of the accounting and finance team. They are unresponsive to emails even after multiple follow-ups, which is highly inefficient and unprofessional. Additionally, there is a lack of clear planning for payments, resulting in invoices being paid very late. This creates unnecessary delays and adds a layer of uncertainty to financial operations. What do you like best about Cequens?

I appreciate Cequens for enabling us to have multiple agents, which allows us to distribute the workload efficiently. I particularly enjoy the Campaign Manager feature, which facilitates sending thousands of template messages to customers. This feature has significantly increased our website conversions. Additionally, the initial setup of Cequens was not bad, making it relatively easy to start using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cequens?

I dislike that when copying and pasting from Excel into the Cequens chat window, it doesn't paste as a picture along with the text. This functionality should be enhanced to improve ease of use. What do you like best about Cequens?

I was looking for SMS gateway and i have tested many but experience with Cequens was amazing. I had many pre-sales questions and i literally sent a zoom link to Cequens support, someone joined from their sales and support team and guided me through the whole process, even gave me discounted price to send SMS locally. They were also very fast on getting my sender-id registered with local carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cequens?

They have been sending lots of email about "Cequens Coverage Update Notification" which i don't like. These are not my business areas so i don't need to know whether they have coverage there or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
