I like the fact that we can update a bulk of specific products at once. It has also been a lot faster for us to work as a team and be more collaborative with other teams as well. I wish the integration was initially a lot simpler, as it was difficult to use in the beginning due to a lot of product data cleanup and organization. The setup process was clear and efficient, thanks especially to the outstanding support from Denise at Catsy, who played a key role in helping us connect our first channel to Shopify. Catsy has completely solved our challenge of distributing inconsistent or incomplete data to multiple e-commerce partners. By cleaning, standardizing, and categorizing our data, we’ve positioned our online sales for real recovery and growth. The platform’s features align perfectly with our needs and perform exactly as promised. It's straightforward and easy to understand how it works, which I appreciate. I love that it's possible to have all our data centralized in one place, which allows us to easily share information with customers and update our website. The system's capability to import and update data quickly for a large number of products is incredibly valuable. I'm particularly impressed with how easy it is to manage data, including exporting and creating templates for customers. These features make the process less time-consuming and more efficient. The platform's usability and the training I received made it simple to dive into using the software quickly, transitioning smoothly from our previous platform. I find that the conversion between metric and imperial measurements could be improved for smoother usability. It's a small detail for us, but having this feature would make the process easier. The platform is also missing certain features that would add to streamlining our product catalog updates including drag and drop for outfitting and scheduling imports/syncs. With our amazing Customer Success Specialist Darek Ikhwan, the team has built and optimized numerous workflows to execute weekly product launches, monthly markdowns, and seasonal promotions with 2x efficiency improvement. We are continually iterating and brainstorming new ways in which the PIM can further optimize the product catalog and make it more accessible and streamlined across teams.
