I’ve really been impressed with Catsy as our PIM/DAM solution. We've implemented it at a company that's never had such a tool, we've found it to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, making entries, additions, and edits easy and convenient. The interface is intuitive, which really helps our content process. The customer service team has been fantastic—they’re always responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Catsy is one of the most powerful and useful tools I've ever come across in my career. What's even better is how user-friendly it is. Every feature, interface and interaction within the tool has been crafted with usability in mind and it is so flexible, malleable, and customizable, the options truly are endless. Their team is knowledgable, responsive and happy to hand-hold even the slowest of clients, and its been a real pleasure to work with them to implement the tool. The tool is complex so it definitely takes some time to learn everything and become fully comfortable with it, but that's to be expected with any new software. Catsy is allowing us to bring our product catalog into e-commerce for the first time. The biggest benefit is that it allows us, a small-to-midsize manufacturer, to play in the same sandbox as the "big guys". It gives us the ability to do things and sell in ways that weren't possible for smaller companies just a few years ago. Our company required a solution to manage our products, and digital assets first. While Catsy performs this task exceptionally well, what stands out is its ability to adapt to business challenges. We required a customizable matrix to structure what we sell, to contain multiple levels of parent/child relationships, with a vast array of combonations. We are pleased to say that the product has performed exceptionally well leading up to, and beyond our Go-Live. Additionally, the people we have had the privelage of working with has made this challenging project operate smoothly. Darek Ikhwan has delivered on countless difficult solutions, with a consistent great attitude. Not only would I recommend Catsy to others, I would advise they specifically reuqest working with Darek.
