What do you dislike about Catsy DAM & PIM? As one of the first fashion brands on Catsy, implementation was a bit rocky. The platform is also missing certain features that would add to streamlining our product catalog updates including drag and drop for outfitting and scheduling imports/syncs. With our growing product catalog and licensing expansion, Catsy is providing lift for the ECOM team to handle day to day changes efficiently and accurately. Catsy has eliminated the need for manual and tedious product updates and provides seamless product management with advanced filtering that native Shopify lacks. With our amazing Customer Success Specialist Darek Ikhwan, the team has built and optimized numerous workflows to execute weekly product launches, monthly markdowns, and seasonal promotions with 2x efficiency improvement. We are continually iterating and brainstorming new ways in which the PIM can further optimize the product catalog and make it more accessible and streamlined across teams. Moreover, Catsy has allowed the ECOM team to spend less time on granular and repetitive product imports and more time on prioritizing the holistic shopping experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the brand vision forward. We love how great the team is, they listened to our needs, they did what they promised and they had solutions for all our needs. Overall experience has been wonderful. It was very easy to implement. We've implemented it at a company that's never had such a tool, we've found it to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, making entries, additions, and edits easy and convenient. The interface is intuitive, which really helps our content process. The customer service team has been fantastic—they’re always responsive and helpful whenever we have questions.
