Another amazing feature is, we can manage the outlook email attachments/documents directly into the SAP, we can use drag and drop functionality. **What do you dislike about Office 365 for SAP ERP?** I can't think of any drawbacks at the moment apart from the technical experties we need to integrate its services **What problems is Office 365 for SAP ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrating MS Teams with SAP is really helpful, it allows us to manage/process SAP documents using Teams features like Call, chats, we can easily upoad the data to sharepoint from SAP via Teams. Using SAP with Outlook, I have seen, with just a click, we can transfer outlook emails to SAP, it really helps to keep it safe if it's no longer available in the outlook. We can also log into the SAP from the outlook if we successfully verify the request, and we get full control over the SAP with that log in. ### 3. For example, if you are an approver of let's say purchase orders, you can receive email notifications straight into your inbox and even approve the purchase orders without necessarily logging into SAP. This is definitely efficiency taken to a whole new level. - Another awesome thing about office 365 for SAP is the export function which allows you to easily export documents in excel or word from SAP. **What do you dislike about Office 365 for SAP ERP?** I cannot think of any downside for this at this moment but I will be sure to update my review once I come across such **Recommendations to others considering Office 365 for SAP ERP:** This is a no-brainer. You won't regret making the decision. **What problems is Office 365 for SAP ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Office 365 for SAP has simplified work and made it more fun. Everything is integrated together including login. I am benefiting from improved work efficiency and ease. I also love the email functionality of office 365. It's smart and the search option is very accurate.
