The flexibility, tools, export and import tools, and the customization worked really well for our catalog, and it's been easy to use with outside vendors and our sales team. Too many to mention individually. It is overall very customizable based on business needs. You are not tied to an off-the-shelf product and try to make it work. Catsy will work! Because you have the flexibility to define your data structure, manage user access, and define functionality from the ground up, Catsy is a powerful tool. Gone is the day of being intimidated by a new system/tool. You can quickly start on day one and feel confident navigating it. If an initial plan does not pan out, you can quickly pivot to a different direction and make your change with little interruption to other users. Catsy makes life easier for administrators managing data, assets and functionality and end users because of a user-friendly interface. The Catsy team puts the user's experience at the forefront. As an administrator, I find value in the ability to define user rights for various roles. Another bonus is their customer support. We make a range of products that are extremely diverse. We market in different ways in different countries. The data we have is vast and growing. Creating a cohesive collection that is easy to organize and share in multiple different languages was not possible with our former PIM solution. Catsy handles this with elegance and simplicity that enables us to work productively in the platform rather than spending hours and dollars on customization to make the platform conform to our needs. **What do you dislike about Catsy DAM & PIM?** I deal with many SAAS packages and never write reviews. There is always something that is a downside, whether inflexibility, need for custom development, lack of expandability, added cost at every turn for more features or support. There is nothing I dislike about Catsy. It is a model for what all SAAS solutions should be. Also definitely consider Catsy if you have to fill out the same spreadsheets again and again because Catsy can handle it as long as you have the proper data. **What problems is Catsy DAM & PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously our content was all over the place making it impossible to ensure we had high-quality content or be able to share information quickly. With Catsy I have one area to manage, update, and share product content from. Also the ability to export data and media quickly and easily is definitely a plus!
