When we were evaluating PIMs and DAMs, many did one or the either well, but not both - Catsy has been able to do both, while also integrating with our website and ERP system. We’re a B2B manufacturer and began working with Catsy before our website's redesign. Operating and customizing Catsy to meet our sales and website integration needs has been everything we hoped for—simple to understand, efficient, and flexible. Everyone from the sales team and leadership to our website developer found it easy to work with. Customer support has exceeded expectations. The team in Catsy is accommodative when we setup our PIM as we have quite numbers of customization due to our product structure and web channel. As for the system, we can also organize our data and asset according to our classification. It made life easy for us when we review and export the data to review with our stakeholders. There are some instances that system was slow due to scheduled activities but over the time, situation have improved. It allows us to manage our data more efficiently and avoid costly errors when updating data manually. The integration with our ERP system is very convenient for getting our data and setting up our channels to distribute it. Catsy automates our databases and serves as one source of truth.
