    "Mixed but overall Zoho is a good choice for any SMM agency: I do love the feature that you can add additional social profiles and team members for $10 each. Really helps with transparency with agency clients (this is one of the main reasons I use zoho social). I like the dashboard as it is simple and clear. I used to use hootsuite but feel this dashboard is more user friendly. I also like how you pay per BRAND, not social profiles. This is a great feature as this helps us organize our expenses as we don't need to constantly pay to add social profiles if a client has a new social profile they want to utilize."

    "Pretty Solid Software: I love the scheduling feature and multi platform selection option. For example, I like that I can type one message and cover multiple networks at once. This solves the problem of having different messages across different networks. I also like that my interns can send me tasks for approval. It is nice to have two sets of eyes to review content before it is published."

    "Inbox Zero - For the Win!: I've been using AgoraPulse for almost a year now, managing six social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The post queueing system is really a time saver, as I'm able to craft evergreen posts and have them repost multiple times. It's different from scheduling posts, as I'm able to create time slots in advance and the system will intelligently place the posts in the corresponding time slots based on other criteria I select. I'm able to assess what's in the queue at the start of each week, tweak the posts, and move on - giving me ample time to concentrate on our more important platforms. I can drag and drop the posts in the queue as a method of reorganization, as well. Being built like an inbox system, being able to "review" or check-off my mentions, posts, etc to reach Inbox Zero feels rewarding and I'm confident I didn't miss anything. It's another great feature I enjoy. They also just updated their UI which looks way more sleek and easy to use!"

    "A solid Hootsuite alternative but not perfect: * Auto queue - it's still my top features that eClincher has to offer. I used to set up the calendar to pull from different queues automatically. Now I use the queues to organize our content and move it to a central queue that is scheduled to pull. It's saved me easily 10 hours a week of work. * Responsive support team - it's underrated how important the support team really is. I've run into a few bugs, and their team took immediate steps to correct it. * The influencer tab is something I always forget about but love to use - you can find influencers and their top hashtags on certain keywords. You can also find articles that were shared by those influencers. "

These three aspects help to make the analysis of social networks much more efficient. Another aspect that I should highlight are the monthly reports, which are sent via email or to the company itself or to the clients. These reports show all the work that has been done during a specific time, so it is really useful for the company to see what results it has obtained, what it should improve or change and also where it has obtained more profitability and on the other hand, when they are sent to the client, he can see all the work that has been done, with many details, so that he can see in which areas he has worked."

The Natural Language Processing to understand the context around the conversation in relation to the monitored keywords. Then, the ability to turn that data into understandable charts that can be passed along to the client to help lead a strategy discussion. I also love that there is a query builder -- so if you're not great at building queries to help you search for what you're looking for, there is a tool built-in that will help you develop the query for your search. I also love all the analytics tools -- such as influencer identification. It's really helpful in finding out whether search results are relevant to the company. "

    "Oktopost - a social share tool that WORKS for big accounts!: In our company, we manage 11 different brands and we do it all through Oktopost. We've added about 35 profiles between our 11 brands with accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Creating social media posts and sharing them on all these channels is easier than it ever was on Hootsuite. There are almost no marketing tools out there that accommodate our complex business model, but Oktopost does it with flying colors. It also has great analytics that you can filter to see each brand and each channel, or the overall health of your account. You can see how many posts you sent, how many engagements were created, down to clicks and conversions. You can integrate with Google Analytics to set goals and you can see your top performing posts. Lots of great features. You can even use Oktopost as an internal employee advocacy tool that is really easy to use for your employees to share your company posts - and includes a leaderboard for incentive (though the employee advocacy tool is an extra cost).
