0. Customer service with regards to cancellation is horrendous and liars. BEWARE!
1. onboarding is a HEADACHE
2. support response at times is "meh" other times it is stellar
3. forms are DIFFICULT and clunky, but they work.
4. forms are old school and have NO rich text capability and center justifiies everything.
5. testing is extremely difficult for onbooarding as there is no way to "reset" your test account and send new documents. You have to have their development team do it and that takes a solid 3+ days. Then you redo it and find an issue and now you are waiting another 3 days....becomes VERY frustrating.
6. NO RICH TEXT????? are you kidding me. All they have for onboarding instructions, checklist instructions, email templates is plain text. Which makes it very hard to read. No bullets, no bold, no underline, no indention, no changing the alignment, etc.
7. Many of these are more in the making it look polished, but overall the features are worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
