**What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?**

I like the DocuSign feature in BoldTrail BackOffice because it helps keep everything organized and clean. It's simple to use and effective. The feature also allows me to keep all of my deals organized without having to use a separate application to sign. This integration is particularly helpful since it consolidates everything within one application.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?**

The financial section that maps things out isn't very customizable and the pipeline section needs to be more user-friendly.

**What problems is BoldTrail BackOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BoldTrail BackOffice helps me facilitate deals by keeping them organized, providing the DocuSign feature and laying out each step of the process, making everything clean, simple, and effective.

It is super intuitive and very easy to navigate. It was the best decision we have made as a Brokerage by switching to BoldTrail

I have yet to find something that I dislike, and we are a few years into using BT

Thats the beauty of BT, they alert us of any upcoming changes.

I don’t like that I have to back out of the file and then go back in just to see the updates.

**What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?**

1. ACH payments to agents
2. transaction checklists for agents are very detailed and robust
3. good permissions to help out
4. robust commission calculator to help pay agents
5. built in forms and emails templates  (but this is also a frustration too)

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?**

0. Customer service with regards to cancellation is horrendous and liars. BEWARE!
1. onboarding is a HEADACHE
2. support response at times is "meh" other times it is stellar
3. forms are DIFFICULT and clunky, but they work.
4. forms are old school and have NO rich text capability and center justifiies everything.
5. testing is extremely difficult for onbooarding as there is no way to "reset" your test account and send new documents. You have to have their development team do it and that takes a solid 3+ days. Then you redo it and find an issue and now you are waiting another 3 days....becomes VERY frustrating.
6. NO RICH TEXT????? are you kidding me.  All they have for onboarding instructions, checklist instructions, email templates is plain text.  Which makes it very hard to read.  No bullets, no bold, no underline, no indention, no changing the alignment, etc.
7. Many of these are more in the making it look polished, but overall the features are worth it.

**What problems is BoldTrail BackOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

moving transaction tracking from XLS to web based.
Easier for agents to submit paperwork.
instead of logging in to a bank to pay, my office admins can easily pay from this system and it protects access to my bank account
instead of office admin using a calculator to figure out commissions, the process is just done for you

I like the prefilling MLS addresses feature when using forms in BoldTrail BackOffice. It helps with time management and keeps everything in the right place. The initial setup was easy.

I don't like that the Fill Now button is below the signers list; it should be at the top.

I like the efficiency and speed of the program itself. I really like being able to email documents directly from the file. I like the ease of use. I like the pipeline information. Overall it's a decent program.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?**

I wish it was more organized. I wish I could edit my commission as an agent to accurately reflect my amounts in pipeline (I know permissions are set by brokerage but my brokerage won't let me edit it after inputting it initially). I also wish I could input specific dates to generate income statements. I wish splitting files was easier and more organized. One thing I really wish is that when you go to assign a document, it doesn't bring up items for a cancelled transaction. I wish you could create forms like skyslope. All in all could use some minor improvements throughout just with organization and enhancement of features.

File organization with storage and broker review. Benefits me because I am able to keep my files in order.

As a small brokerage owner with three branches, this has been amazing! Helps so much. Very user friendly and all of the Agents love it!

Mobile app needs improvement, as well with the esign. We are all used to Docusign and this one has a lot of missing features

I love everything is connected or for the most part can be integrated into BackOffice.

The mobile app needs some work. There are more limitations on what the app can do which I normally have to log in on my phones browser to complete.

Supporting our agents. I love having one login for everything we need so I don’t have to send my team to 5 different locations.

It's a valuable tool for the agents, operations, and compliance. Any time I can keep everyone on 1 platform it's an efficient decision for my business.

Some options/requests that we should have control of within the dashboard have to go through support. Seems like a waste of support resources. Things like color changes, widgets, personalization, etc.

It is really great to be anywhere in the world & to be able to grab a quick form, review a scanned document, or update transactions on the fly. I was nervous but have found that I absolutely love it. My favorite feature is to copy & paste the transaction email address to shoot docs right over. Awesome.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?**

I do have to create a few of my own document tasks, but that is to be expected. I don't like it when I need to email a form right from the app but I can only send it to the contacts I Have already added to the transaction. If there was an option to enter a new email, I'd love that.

**What problems is BoldTrail BackOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to convert me to a paperless system was scary as a 25 year real estate vet, but I have found it very efficient.

The UI has improved significantly since the last time we viewed the product. The agent dashboard and pipeline are phenomenal! And the accounting integration with QuickBooks is a game changer!

Teams transactions needs improvements for team leader sharing

Being able to create custom EVERYTHING. Checklists, Commission Plans, Assignable Tasks... Brokermint allows me as the Broker to dictate what needs to be done when, and provides visibility to me and the assigned individuals (TC, Agent, etc) keeping everyone accountable for their deliverables.

Also, the integrations (specifically QBO and Google Sheets) are phenomenal and are highly recommended. Support helped configure the integrations and has even helped me modify one as a new thing popped up on our end.

Implementation was super easy. Coming from a Skyslope/BrokerSumo setup, Brokermint was MUCH easier to administer, both from a Brokerage Management perspective as well as systems administration. 

I am in Brokermint nearly every day. It is a core piece of our business and a core part of my daily workflow. Reporting, agent management, and transaction management are all easier when you have the right tools in place. Brokermint brought those tools all under one roof. 10/10

After the acquisition by IRE, the support changed a bit and was less nimble. It hasn't changed my love for the product though!

Back when I was a franchise, this was not needed. But it didn't take long of tracking our agents productivity via spreadsheets after we went independent to realize that we needed a lot more. I love Brokermint because it handles the transaction, The forms, e-sign as well as the individual agents production and cap. It's a great system and the regular product updates have been very reliable.

I wish it was similar to dotloop and docusign so agents wouldn't have such a learning curve.

Customer Support is iffy. Have submitted a few tickets, and they seem to have forgotten about it with no fixes. No follow-up saying it wasn't possible- just ghosted. Doesn't seem like they look at the suggestion section either. By popular demand, a Zapier integration has been wanted for 6+ years now.

Lease writing is our most prominent use of Brokermint. What keeps us there is the ability to create custom fields to templates we add and then come back to it upon renewal time with all of the information that had been saved from the previous time. I think the best feature of Brokermint is that it is able to house the transactions, the accounting and the reporting that the office needs!  Also, as the Broker-in-Charge for my real estate firm, one of my duties is to review files, in Brokermint, and ensure they are compliant, etc.  Brokermint makes organizing files for agents, very simple!  And, therefore, agents are able to upload missing/incorrect documents quickly and all of this enables me to approve documents/files with ease and speed!

We have used Brokermint for about 6 months now. The setup takes some time but if you truly spend the time and effort there are systems in place to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the broker and owner, I enjoy that I can run any type of report and see pretty much any brokerage stat instantly and then export those to an excel spreadsheet.

Some of the forms are not mapped correctly to Texas forms but the help desk is working to correct these issues. I have to say that with any issue we have faced they have done everything to make sure that we are happy and it is working correctly.

Transaction management, Back office management, Commission reporting & tracking, CDA's. I have used many programs for all of this before and I have to say that it is very nice to have all of this in one system that just works! My favorite parts about using Brokermint are the ease of merging, splitting, and renaming documents right there. And the organization features are top notch! Switching to Brokermint has been great for my business.

There aren't many issues I've had with Brokermint. It is fabulous as-is. If there was one thing I had to change about it, I would add a bit more customization to the checklists. You can add custom fields, but I would love to be able to put those custom fields on the home page of the transaction menu and the buyer offers menu, so I could sort by Client names or otherwise.

The checklists are super handy and they are customizable. I have been with them for over 3 years, and I still learn new things every day that it can do for me. It has taken a while to get some things set up, but overall, it's been helpful in keeping us all organized. The Broker can see everyone's files all in one place and check off on them. The price and support of BM has been great. We usually chat with support and 9 times out of 10 our question is answered in 3-5 min. The CDA functions is very robust and we really dont even use all of the functions it can handle; splits, caps etc. Checklists sync to your calendar on your phone, closed files backup to google drive.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?**

The Esign doesnt allow for a mandatory checkbox of one or the other to be checked. It allows either all mandatory or none. It would be awesome if there were checklists inside of checklists and due dates for those items. More reports would be great as well. Would love detailed templates of all sorts of things so Brokers dont have to start from scratch. I would also like to be able to do more leasing things in BM. Right now its sort of cumbersome to use the Esign and checklists for Leases. It would be nice to be able to hide a checklist within a folder, for example a closed buyer on your listing. We create only one file for this... WHen checking files, there is no back button, really dislike that.

Having paper files lying all over the office and having to drive them all over the place to get checked is NO more a problem! Everything is perfectly organized online. It has saved us time and I'm sure, liabilities along the way. Still really learning how to check our files and "turn them in". As well as, learning how to properly used the CDA and accounting functions. IT also backsup closed files, mine go to google drive, so we have a saved copy.

**What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?**

It has several features that we like, such as the option to arrange pdfs and electronic signature

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?**

We have not been able to complete the option for the clients (sellers or buyers) to follow up the transactions, and when an e-mail is sent from the system, it usually takes some time to arrive to the recipient's email.

**What problems is BoldTrail BackOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The accessibility and digitalization of our files, is reliable so you can access to your files anywhere and at any time

**What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?**

The online chat help! I find myself with small issues and the quick replies are SO helpful for a busy day. I love that I can get answers promptly to move forward with my day.

**What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?**

I think the DA is hard to use... I used to use another system that was way more straight forward on all the breakdowns. The CDA is too complicated if you ask me.

**What problems is BoldTrail BackOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to figure out best way to teach agents has been a hurdle for me.... benefits, its pretty easy overall to learn (outside of the way DAs are set). Yes Business performance has increased.
