While no system is absolutely perfect, Brokermint checked off most of my must-haves: An integrated system for forms, esign, commission disbursement, multiple users, easy broker doc review and so much more. It is one-stop shopping for agents, and very intuitive to use, while being robust all at the same time. **What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?** The system only allows new transactions to be classified as "listings" or "pendings". Many users have been asking for an "offers" option as well, but we have not yet been able to get that upgrade. Additionally, while there is a mobile app, it is not robust. **What problems is BoldTrail BackOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Br4oker supervision, agent transaction management, commission disbursement, all Arizona forms included and mapped, and ability to add brokerage forms into the Libraries for use by all agents. ### 2. It doesn't allow tracking lease transactions and lease commissions without significant modifications. Its sort of difficult to manage checklists and some of my older agents haven't really adopted it. Also more this tool has alot of potential. It is currently a one stop solution to managing most of the things in brokerage and real estate.
