I really like that Brokermint attempts to be one stop shopping -- CRM, Zipforms, Docusign, Data collection & reporting, and accounting all in one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice? We were sold promises that never happened. Then, Brokermint was sold to a new owner and things really went south. The autopopulating of forms rarely works correctly and will get fixed only to go haywire a week or two later and we have to start all over again. One time the date appeared in every fillable spot! For a while we had weekly meetings with Brokermint to troubleshoot ongoing and reoccurring issues, but our wonderful account rep could only get so far with the software folks. Basically, the data, CRM, and accounting features are great, but the templated forms and autopopulate features are a nightmare!!! When first purchasing this software, we were promised a mobile app and that we would be able to template our online forms ourselves, but neither ever occurred.
