What I like best about BNTouch is how streamlined and customizable the platform is. It keeps all my leads, clients, and communications in one place, which makes managing my pipeline so much easier. The automation features — like email and text campaigns — save me a ton of time while still keeping my interactions personal and professional.

While BNTouch is a great platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The learning curve in the beginning can be a bit steep, especially when setting up custom workflows and automation. It would be helpful to have more step-by-step tutorials or onboarding videos.

Additionally, the mobile app could be a little more user-friendly — it works well for quick updates, but some of the desktop features don’t translate perfectly to mobile.

The ease of the videos to get you set up when you're abit lost are wonderful. The live tutorials they have are fantastic and then you can go back and watch it if you didnt get something...Love the support phone # to speak to live human and they help you! The fact that you can really reach out and there is soemone to really assist- thats great! Andd mostly though it has alot of going on- it is fairly easy to use- and it doesnt take that long at all nor does it confuse you like others..Sometimes too much is overkill..and in those other CRM's it can be overwhelming..This is not- really it is easier than others even if you're not great at technical things like this. Sometimes its abit too much as there are many options and you many not know what is best is youre starting out. However, if you watch the videos or call support you dont feel frustrated it really is easier than all the others where you have to do it all- here it is mostly done for you! i think a lot of the platform features but some are not very user friendly. the profile for agents is great and easy for them to use. i love the property site features but it can really use some work as some of the features do not work as well as don't make sense.
