
What I like best about BNTouch is how streamlined and customizable the platform is. It keeps all my leads, clients, and communications in one place, which makes managing my pipeline so much easier. The automation features — like email and text campaigns — save me a ton of time while still keeping my interactions personal and professional.

While BNTouch is a great platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The learning curve in the beginning can be a bit steep, especially when setting up custom workflows and automation. It would be helpful to have more step-by-step tutorials or onboarding videos.
Additionally, the mobile app could be a little more user-friendly — it works well for quick updates, but some of the desktop features don’t translate perfectly to mobile.
