The biggest advantages from using BNTouch are the texting, emailing, and call logging abilities. Being in the mortgage industry makes keeping things organized pretty time-consuming and hectic, BNTouch is definitely a step forward to solving a lot of those issues. Also, having the ability to "connect" BNTouch to new web-based origination systems will undoubtedly become one of the biggest advantages that BNTouch has over competitors as this will eliminate hours upon hours of time invested in each file being worked on. If you are looking for that all-around CRM that helps you automate lead follow-ups, builds you a website, assists in your recruiting, automate communication with multiple types of referral partners, and so much then you have found the right one. Every loan officer is striving to get that "perfect software stack" to make their process and technology unbeatable. BNTouch acts not only acts as your CRM, but your beautiful front-paged POS(yes, they create a website for you at minimal cost ($\<35/mo), your Marketing(sends postcards, birthday mailers, EDDM, email automation), Docs request & chaser, & many others on your software stack that you would normally have to purchase and integrate frustratingly day after day after day. What do you dislike about BNTouch Mortgage CRM? There's really not an answer for this as the company fixed it for me immediately. I will mention that the difficulty is in setting up the account, especially if you are computer savvy or have a lot of time. You must think outside the box when you get into this as you much reach out to the staff if you get in this pickle, you will be amazed at the responses that you get from them. I reached out to assess this issue that i ran into immediately, and they responded super fast and jumped in to become overly helpful. I was impressed. You don't see many negative reviews about this company online. They average an extremely high rating and I don't see that ever coming down any time in the near future. This is where you find options like your website that you will create, your lead follow-up automation, your marketing systems, everything you need. once you complete all of the tasks to get your account up and running, if you run into any single sort of issue, then reach out to the staff for assistance on that. They will guide you to getting everything done the proper way so that you don't mess up the system and you have all your automation perfectly in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is BNTouch Mortgage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? it is saving me time AND money. In a mortgage broker's software stack, you have many different outlets. In the end, you have to pay monthly or annually for each of those outlets to make everything work smoothly. especially if you want to be the best in your industry. $175/month for POS, $500 a month for marketing, $150/month for CRM, and so on, but BNTouch is \<$100/mo and that saves me much extra dough. As far as time goes, once you have everything all set up and ready to go, this will reduce your weekly hours by 10-20 hours, no joke. When you can click a single button and your entire software stack then becomes automated, yeah that is a wonderful sign that you arent going to be working until midnight every day this week and back up at 6 am to finish what you didn't accomplish the night before. “Our greatest currency is our time and we cannot save it. What do you dislike about BNTouch Mortgage CRM? Lack of post-implementation support. I have tried for the last week to talk to someone about adding text and calling functionality to my subscription, but no one has helped me. A guy named Henry replied to my e-mail, after I called and got no return phone call, and then called once when i was on the phone taking a mortgage application. I have called him back every day, at least once a day, and my calls are not being answered or returned. A couple of the guys in my office are using Whiteboard CRM and I gotta tell ya', when they call Whiteboard, their calls are answered or returned. They were assigned a success coach when they started using Whiteboard who showed them how to use the whole system to support their business. Why doesn't BNTouch provide something like this? I was left to figure the system out on my own using YouTube videos and online instructions for completing a task, but there are no resources for using the entire system as a whole. The user guide and instructional videos effectively demonstrate how to accomplish a task, but not how to use the system. For example, clear instructions are given for putting a Mortgage into a group, but there is nothing explaining why I should put them into a group or what the groups do.
