I think that the most helpful about BNtouch is that thanks to the tasks, you can remember everything that you need to do, is almost impossible that you to forget that you are pending something on a file since BNtouch is always remembering you, which leads me to the fact that you can schedule those tasks at the most convenient time, meaning that you won't feel pressure for all the things that you need to complete since you have scheduled the right time to do it. At the same time, the wonderful thing about the tasks is that your teammates can see them, and if they were able to get any document or to speak with the borrower before you do it, they can complete your task as well, so it is a teamwork. In addition, every note that can be added to BNtouch makes your work easy, if a teammate leaves a phone note, you will be able to fit in their shoes and explain to the borrower the next step in case your partner isn't available to take the borrower's call. I am not sure if this is BNtouch's fault, but I do not like the fact that I need to clear cache and cookies every here and then because BNtouch is not loading due to that, is not a quite big deal since it only takes less than five minutes to clear it, but it is a little annoying that we have to get used to doing that to BNtouch to load. BNtouch is solving my problem with forgetting everything that I need to do, as I mentioned before, with the tasks is almost impossible that you to forget that you need to do something on a file, and this is related with the notes on the file, because with them, you can easily remember how the process is going on the file, and what was the last thing that you did with that borrower. It is one of the softwares that connects to Calyx Point and does a great job of getting the data from there. Great support and fast replies! It needs to be more specific in the training manual. It does not clarify what each thing means or affects your searches or clicks or set ups.
