Automated campaigns, keeping information for borrowers and partners up to date, portals for clients and for partners and being able to keep them informed and flow information back and forth throughout the process. Some of the features seem as though a technical person/team designed them without a regular, day-to-day user testing them and giving input - for example, setting up a campaign and then setting up a "trigger" just seems a little clunky and not intuitive. Some things are difficult to figure out without having to call help or put in a ticket. Also, I was told ahead of time that it could interface with our LOS software. but was not told that it would be a monthly fee associated with it. Because we are a smaller business, I have to enter everything manually and manually move each file through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is BNTouch Mortgage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We are definitely benefiting from the campaigns keeping us top of mind with our customers. I love that it automatically updates our customers throughout the process, even though we have to manually change the info. I love that it sends a thank you note to the borrowers and all parties involved. We ran a hugely successful text message campaign as well. However, when I ran an email campaign and tried to get the results of that - it was VERY clunky and hard to figure out who got it, who didn't, etc. I called tech support and they deleted all the info and there was no way to get it back. There are many things we love about BNTouch. First of all we love the portal that we have for our clients. Also the ability for our assistant to have her own account and be able to make tasks for her to do on specific client files. Really like the dashboard with our daily tasks, makes it easy to come in and know what our day looks like. Overall I have never seen another CRM that comes close to the features this one has. Most of our loan officers have had problems keeping up with their leads and they would often times lose them because they weren't staying in contact. Having the reminders set up in each campaign is a huge benefit to our loan officers. We have realized that many of our loan officers that utilize BNTouch to their fullest capacity are getting more traffic to their website and social media channels. We like the organization of the BNT portal and that we can track who is opening/ unsubscribing to our emails. What do you dislike about BNTouch Mortgage CRM? We wish that it was easier to send to larger groups of people. Sometimes we find it glitchy when we send to 10k+ contacts. Also wish that there was more creativity allotted for making emails. We always have to use Pic monkey or other sites to get eye capturing graphics to send out.
