Potentially Valuable But Needs Reliability Improvements
I like the click-to-dial feature of BNTouch Mortgage CRM and how uploading contacts into the dialer sometimes works. Although it does not consistently perform well, when it does work, I like it the most.

I like BNTouch Mortgage CRM because of its reminders which help me keep up with mortgage leads and follow up with them easily. The reminders about loan anniversaries are particularly helpful as they enable me to reach back out to old clients and close more deals. Additionally, the initial setup of BNTouch Mortgage CRM was super easy.
