Thank you so much for your review, Ben, and for your kind words about our onboarding and CS team 💕

We do hear your concern about US-only income level data in our socioeconomics section within the reports, but this is due to the source being from census data for this dataset, so it is limited. Our product team are always on the lookout for improvements and new sources, so I will make sure to share this with them.

In terms of TikTok and YouTube, these account based reports are part of our off-platform multichannel reports that also incl. Instagram for any available handles. Your AM will be able to offer more details or enable these, as I understand it's offered on demand as a beta add-on 🚀

For Meta audience insights, and segmentation/Personas, our Soprism platform is the one, as this offers up to 108 personas, that you can identify for an audience based on interests or first-party data. There is a feature that allows you to select and focus on specific personas to go deeper within the same report, and activate via targeting criteria as well, depending on your use case.

If you only have access to Soprism reports, and not the full dashboard access, this might be why you have not seen it. Your AM will be on hand to advise if you wanted to check this out.

X/Twitter is the only open data source that allows you to gain accurate and up-to-date user insights at an individual level, and segmentation, through our Audiense Insights tool. We enrich this data with our integrations with IBM Watson (personality, buying mindset, online habits) and other categories to enhance this further.

We don't add insights from other channels in this particular tool, as this would need to be scrapped data, as other channels don't offer full API access, so it would go against our values. Any platforms that claim they can get multichannel individual member data would be getting this either by scrapping or buying the data which may not be accurate or up-to-date.

However, we have another Audiense platform called SOPRISM, which is connected to the Meta Ads API, and we are able to profile audiences on an aggregated level already declared by Meta, where you can gain an understanding of Meta's 2.7bn user's socio-demo, interests, lifestyle and behaviours, as well as your 1st party data (Meta custom audiences, find lookalikes and precise targeting).

We are super happy that you love our Audiense Insights tool and for your support in recommending us!

Twitter is indeed the main data source for our Auidense Insights and Connect platforms to allow audience analysis on an individual level (GDPR-compliant) as it's an open data source.

However, we are using other data and proprietary algorithms to enrich it further. Some examples include: segmentation, our proprietary technology, and we identify social channel relevance for the audience in Online habits, categories for interests and podcasts (Onalytica and Podchaser integrations), as well as showing social channels the influencers create content on via the Influencers and Brands tab filters 🚀

Just in case you are not aware:

- We have a Meta Insights platform (Soprism), that can be used standalone or in combination with Audiense Insights, to find audiences on both Instagram and Facebook.

- Additionally, we offer multichannel reports which is one of our add-on services, providing you with @account reports for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. This is not displayed in-platform, but sent from our Solutions team, which can be an excellent addition to join data points and enrich your audience analysis.
