**What do you like best about AtomChat.io?**

I use AtomChat.io to activate direct campaigns to WhatsApp and I like how the bot improves my contactability rate by identifying quality leads, refining, and providing information to pass more qualified prospects to the advisors. I enjoy the commercial control of the management it provides, as well as the tracking and control of data and the commercial team. Additionally, I find the platform easy and user-friendly to use.

**What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?**

The cost of each conversation is very high, especially due to Meta's charges, which makes it difficult to sustain such platforms. Previously, if I sent multiple HSM templates within 24 hours, they didn't charge, but now they charge for each send. Additionally, we had difficulties with the line transfer, although it was resolved after several days.

I use AtomChat.io to activate direct campaigns to WhatsApp that improve my contact and lead quality, refine information, and control commercial management.

**What do you like best about AtomChat.io?**

I like that AtomChat.io is easy and practical to learn. Additionally, it has very useful tools to automate the process, such as the funnel and lists that are automatically populated, which makes sending campaigns easier. The initial setup was relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?**

That they didn't make a diagnosis to see if the organization already has clear processes to transfer to ATOM. I know it's not their main responsibility, but it would greatly help in optimizing the time of the sessions. They prioritize the closing of the contract and billing in this regard.

AtomChat.io automates and strengthens our sales process, resolving bottlenecks due to the volume of chats. It is easy and practical to learn, and its tools like the funnel theme facilitate the sending of campaigns.

What I value most about ATOM Chat is the efficiency it brings to our operation. The integration of the bot with artificial intelligence streamlines customer service, gathers key information before an agent intervenes, and ensures complete traceability of each conversation. Additionally, the onboarding process during implementation was truly spectacular.

**What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?**

What convinces me the least is that the accompaniment and support after implementation could be more extensive and personalized. More constant follow-up would help to make the most of all the functionalities that the tool offers.

Atom has been a transformative tool for Polisura, allowing us to effectively automate chat responses and manage campaign messages on Meta. Since its implementation, we have experienced a significant improvement in the quality of our leads, achieving greater segmentation of truly interested prospects.

The ability of Atom.ai to automate interactions has freed our team, allowing them to focus on more strategic tasks, while the platform efficiently handles initial inquiries and follow-ups. This automation has resulted in optimized response times and a smoother experience for our customers.

In particular, the integration with Meta campaigns has proven invaluable. Atom.ai has allowed us not only to manage a high volume of messages but also to identify and prioritize leads with the greatest potential, which has led to a notable improvement in our conversion rates.

**What do you like best about AtomChat.io?**

We've been using Atom to handle our WhatsApp chats and Meta campaigns, and honestly, it's made things so much easier. The platform is super easy to use, and assigning conversations to the right team member takes just a click. It helps us stay organized and makes sure no messages slip through the cracks. Totally recommend it if you're managing a lot of conversations.

**What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?**

One area where Atom could improve is the chatbot's tendency to give vague or overly general responses at times. It can occasionally drift off-topic or not provide the clear answers users are expecting. That said, the platform does offer enough flexibility to fine-tune the bot's behavior — with the right adjustments in the flows and content settings, it's definitely something that can be improved. With a bit of customization, the chatbot becomes much more effective and aligned with the tone and needs of each brand.

**What do you like best about AtomChat.io?**

As an administrator, I find the interface very pleasant for reviewing conversations, clients, settings, etc. I find the Reports section very interesting for analyzing data and based on that, generating new actions. I consider it complete as it includes Campaigns for, for example, remarketing, very simple integration with HubSpot, and the categorizations and tags add a lot of value.

**What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?**

Something that has not been a completely satisfactory experience is AI. I believe it needs more development; we have been in production for a month and we still have areas of opportunity that create a not very pleasant user (end customer) experience.

**What problems is AtomChat.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The initial goal of implementing a bot was to help us with prospect profiling, thereby reducing the workload of the lead manager; we haven't achieved this 100%, partly due to internal issues on the client's end. However, it hasn't helped that we've discovered conversations the bot could have assigned but didn't, which is why conversations are manually reviewed to identify where to intervene and reassign. We've done well with the information it provides, with correct features and prices.

Atom is quite intuitive and easy to use from the start, and customer support was always available to resolve our doubts. What I value most is that it centralizes some contact channels into one, which makes it easier to track conversations.

All the features it offers are useful, although I believe they could be better organized so that the user does not get confused or lost while navigating the platform.

One of our main problems was the dispersion of channels and the monitoring of the sales force. Atom helped us centralize the contact channels and provided us with control and order in the management of our digital leads.

Billing starts from the first transaction, regardless of the implementation time or when the platform becomes operational. This aspect was not warned during the initial negotiation.

Before implementation, certain key aspects were not reviewed, which creates limitations in the optimal use of the platform once it is up and running.

In the initial meeting with the sales team, we stated that one of our main challenges was the low contactability of interested parties once they were in the CRM. This aspect was not communicated to the implementation team, and it was only requested that the guideline

It is very useful as it allows us to address frequent questions and direct our applicants or students to the appropriate area according to the identified need. This frees up time for advisors, allowing them to focus on selling. Additionally, the user interface is friendly and the integration with Metabase allows us to visualize reports with relevant information for the Commercial and Marketing team.

The chat is sensational, the integration with AI makes it a powerful tool. Perhaps as an area for improvement, there could be a longer trial period before going into production, with the aim of minimizing bottlenecks in the implementation phase.

**What do you like best about AtomChat.io?**

For a while, we were looking for an AI to handle the messages we receive via WhatsApp, which are very varied. I was impressed by how it can correctly categorize and even respond to the most intricate questions. Highly recommended.

The implementation took less than a month and always with support from the team, who were very quick and friendly.

It integrates very well with Hubspot, which makes the process easier for us, and we use it every day.

At first, it can be a lot of information and that makes the learning process a bit slow, the menu is not very intuitive, it takes a little time to get used to it.

**What do you like best about AtomChat.io?**

I love that it greatly facilitated the processes, improved our processes, and saved a lot of time. The campaigns that we used to launch in 2 months, now with ATOM, we launch them in 5 minutes to thousands of people. Without a doubt, what I loved the most was the attention from the ATOM staff, always very attentive and kind. I love that it is an easy-to-use platform and very user-friendly for all types of people. It is very easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?**

Programming, I feel that it is something that is not for everyone; it is a science that not all of us can use and not all of us can learn. However, the ATOM team always helped us and solved everything, even with improvements that helped what we needed in a very friendly and subtle way. Programming is frequently used but always very friendly and easy to integrate into the university's business processes.

**What do you like best about AtomChat.io?**

Atom helped us resolve a digital friction that many of our elderly face when interacting with WhatsApp Bots built on an intent-based flow.

Previously, we had a high loss of customers interacting with our BOT; only 20% of users who started a conversation reached a profiling process, and of these, only 60% of profiled users reached an advisor. This loss is because an elderly person is always looking for immediate answers and human support from the first contact.

Thanks to implementing a context-driven flow powered by artificial intelligence with ATOM, we not only reduced this friction, but we also improved the profiling processes, the conversation assignment funnel, ensuring that 100% of profiled people effectively reached an advisor, thereby increasing the sales rate through this channel.

Additionally, with ATOM, we built the entire end-to-end digital journey, managing to identify customer losses in each flow, control the CAC, and reduce lead costs.

Having an AI agent is a great advantage in itself, being able to answer our prospects' questions on its own is the best. We had a problem when we received more messages than we could answer, with Atom we have timely attention in time and form with those interested, reducing the response time. Additionally, it is very intuitive, if you have used WhatsApp, using this application will be easy for you and it has direct integration with HubSpot.

As such, it is not a disadvantage, but if you haven't worked with AI before, it can be somewhat complicated to nurture the knowledge base and conduct tests to ensure everything is as it should be.
