What I value most about ATOM Chat is the efficiency it brings to our operation. Atom has been a transformative tool for Polisura, allowing us to effectively automate chat responses and manage campaign messages on Meta. We've been using Atom to handle our WhatsApp chats and Meta campaigns, and honestly, it's made things so much easier. What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?

One area where Atom could improve is the chatbot's tendency to give vague or overly general responses at times. It can occasionally drift off-topic or not provide the clear answers users are expecting. That said, the platform does offer enough flexibility to fine-tune the bot's behavior — with the right adjustments in the flows and content settings, it's definitely something that can be improved. What do you like best about AtomChat.io?

As an administrator, I find the interface very pleasant for reviewing conversations, clients, settings, etc. I find the Reports section very interesting for analyzing data and based on that, generating new actions. I consider it complete as it includes Campaigns for, for example, remarketing, very simple integration with HubSpot, and the categorizations and tags add a lot of value. What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?

Something that has not been a completely satisfactory experience is AI. I believe it needs more development; we have been in production for a month and we still have areas of opportunity that create a not very pleasant user (end customer) experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?

Billing starts from the first transaction, regardless of the implementation time or when the platform becomes operational. This aspect was not warned during the initial negotiation.

Before implementation, certain key aspects were not reviewed, which creates limitations in the optimal use of the platform once it is up and running.

In the initial meeting with the sales team, we stated that one of our main challenges was the low contactability of interested parties once they were in the CRM. What do you like best about AtomChat.io?

For a while, we were looking for an AI to handle the messages we receive via WhatsApp, which are very varied. I was impressed by how it can correctly categorize and even respond to the most intricate questions. Highly recommended.

The implementation took less than a month and always with support from the team, who were very quick and friendly.
