The cost of each conversation is very high, especially due to Meta's charges, which makes it difficult to sustain such platforms. As an administrator, I find the interface very pleasant for reviewing conversations, clients, settings, etc. I find the Reports section very interesting for analyzing data and based on that, generating new actions. I consider it complete as it includes Campaigns for, for example, remarketing, very simple integration with HubSpot, and the categorizations and tags add a lot of value.
