As an administrator, I find the interface very pleasant for reviewing conversations, clients, settings, etc. I find the Reports section very interesting for analyzing data and based on that, generating new actions. I consider it complete as it includes Campaigns for, for example, remarketing, very simple integration with HubSpot, and the categorizations and tags add a lot of value. Billing starts from the first transaction, regardless of the implementation time or when the platform becomes operational. This aspect was not warned during the initial negotiation.

Before implementation, certain key aspects were not reviewed, which creates limitations in the optimal use of the platform once it is up and running.

In the initial meeting with the sales team, we stated that one of our main challenges was the low contactability of interested parties once they were in the CRM.
