Additionally, messages took time to load when the agent was typing, and sometimes texts were cut off or words were skipped. - The reports on the previous platform were very limited and had little information. - The mass sending templates took 2 to 5 days to be approved. It is very easy to use, you have quick texts, ability to create flows, and to change your flows. Above all, the humans that work there are great and solve any questions very quicly. As a healthcare company that has been essential.
