The implementation process was customized, on time and in form. With support throughout the entire process. It is easy to use, and they ensure to leave you with a complete environment suitable for the company. It has many functions and very useful reports for decision-making.

I like that they are connected and are partners with Meta, that contributes a lot in terms of ease when sending campaigns, reports, and other functions.

I don't like that the reports are not in real-time, also I find that with the connection to Salesforce they could improve quite a bit.

Contactability: It helped us a lot in managing and assigning leads in a more intelligent and automatic way.

Everything is measurable, it is very versatile in the face of the challenges demanded by the current consumer.

The learning stage of the commercial team. I would suggest adding a module for evangelizing the tool for teams with zero or no knowledge of marketing and AI.

For a portfolio that involves more than 40 products, the information load is complex. I know that as clients we are difficult, I would suggest being more insistent on progressive configurations.

We went through more platforms that only created conflicts for us, now ATOM gives us fluidity, the support/attention is great and we are now thinking more about how to accept our marketing to go through ATOM.. we love it!

That it doesn't make video calls to fully replace WhatsApp.

1. The support is personalized, it helps you with any questions in an organized and attentive manner, and they have very comprehensive support material.
2. The tool is very intuitive, the flowbuilder module is "Drag and Drop" and has very complete components enhanced with AI.
3. You consolidate your costs into a single invoice, as you do not receive charges from Meta per conversation, everything is included in the plan you choose from Atom.
4. It easily allows integration with well-known platforms or CRMs as well as custom development.
5. It has a large number of tools so that agents' conversations are effective and efficient, also for tracking, various tasks in an automated manner, and reporting.

**What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?**

Something that is a bit annoying is that if the flow is significantly extensive, it momentarily gets blocked, but it is something that can be improved by optimizing the flow through efficient use of the components with which the tree is built.

ATOM has transformed the way we manage communication with our clients and internal team. Thanks to its ease of use and intuitive tools, designing the right bot was a simple and effective process. Now we can offer quick and quality responses to our clients, something we didn't have before. Additionally, the onboarding team was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. Definitely a solution that has made a difference for our services.

The entire onboarding process and the support from ATOM was very good. Customer service, response time, and support were always exceptional and also very timely and prompt. By using use cases as examples in the training sessions, it helps to better understand the process and grasp the foundation of each module.

It is a very comprehensive tool, what we liked most about it is:

- The use of AI in bots has enabled the sales team to follow up with contacts with a higher likelihood of closing.
- The mobile application has allowed the team to follow up with prospects without having to rely on a computer team.
- The WA message templates are approved almost immediately, saving us time when scheduling campaigns.
- The analytics section is very complete.
- The integration with the HubSpot platform was very easy and quick.

So far we have not had any issues.

**What do you like best about AtomChat.io?**

It is an easy and user-friendly platform. It helps improve the communication flows of our WhatsApp, optimizing response times and obtaining a more qualified lead.

Additionally, the technical and human support from the people behind the application is wonderful, in our case Fernanda Somarriba. We always had a timely response and management regarding doubts and difficulties in terms of functionality and new solution perspectives.

The AI training process was a bit delayed compared to the expectations we had from the beginning.

Optimization in response times for our clients. Obtaining more qualified leads allows our advisors to focus on sales based on previously collected information.

So far, things have gone really well for us. We've been operating with Atom for 7 months and have had a very good experience.

**What problems is AtomChat.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We had problems with the improvements to the Bot, as it always had to be done by a programming specialist. With Atom, I can make all the changes to the BOT immediately and easily.
- When agents wrote to clients, the message had a delay, we didn't always know if the message was loading and if the client received it. Additionally, messages took time to load when the agent was typing, and sometimes texts were cut off or words were skipped.
- The reports on the previous platform were very limited and had little information.
- The mass sending templates took 2 to 5 days to be approved. With Atom, they are approved in 2 minutes.

**What do you like best about AtomChat.io?**

It allows us to work with contributors immediately, something that the Chilean consumer values greatly, which has translated into increased sales in the commercial area, technical service, and spare parts. Atom allows us to obtain valuable reporting for the sales funnel, having not only information on conversion but also on the service levels of the agents, enabling us to improve processes and response times, which translates into higher sales and a better customer experience.

**What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?**

In the 2 companies where I have implemented this system, there hasn't been anything we don't like; on the contrary, every time we see an opportunity for improvement in reporting, integration, or configuration of the tool, we have received a quick response.

We have not encountered any operational or usage issues with ATOM. Once, we requested a type of report and it was operational within a month.

The integration of AtomChat with HubSpot was what motivated us to implement this platform, as we use HubSpot. Therefore, we have our CRM integrated with our conversation platform, giving us the possibility of having a complete and integrated view of communication with the customer.

Atom chat allows you to have all your client conversation in one space. It is very easy to use, you have quick texts, ability to create flows, and to change your flows. Above all, the humans that work there are great and solve any questions very quicly. As a healthcare company that has been essential. We transition to them on 2022 and it was very easy.

Sometimes on updates we had some errors, to be honest most of the were fixed quicly.
